This standard is a revision of ZBJ11018-89 "Technical requirements for temperature and dustproof test of sealed deep groove ball bearings".
From the date of implementation of this standard, ZBJ11018-89 shall be invalid

This standard specifies the technical conditions for general-purpose contact and non-contact sealed deep groove ball bearings (hereinafter referred to as sealed ball bearings) whose dimensions conform to GB279.
This standard applies to the production inspection and acceptance of sealed ball bearings. 2 Referenced Standards

3.1 The tolerances of sealed ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T307.1. 3.2 The general technical requirements of sealed ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB307.3. 3.3 The vibration level of sealed ball bearings shall comply with the relevant regulations of the competent authorities. 3.4 The sealing rings for sealed ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of B/工6639 and product drawings: The sealing rings on the finished bearings shall be flat, shall not exceed the bearing end face, and shall not contact the cage. 3.5 The grease for sealed ball bearings shall have rust prevention and lubrication properties. The technical indicators of its chemical and physical properties shall comply with the provisions of GB7324 and Table 1.
3.6 The amount of grease filled in the sealed ball bearing shall be 1/5 to 1/2 of the effective space volume of the bearing. 3.7 After grease filling, the sealed ball bearing must be 100% tested for grease uniformity. 3.8 The grease leakage, temperature rise and dustproof performance of the sealed ball bearing shall be tested and evaluated and comply with the provisions of Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C or the manufacturer's agreement with the subscriber.

4.1.2 The clearance of non-contact sealed ball bearings can be checked before or after sealing. If there is a dispute, the clearance checked before sealing shall prevail. 4.2 The vibration inspection method of sealed ball bearings shall comply with the relevant regulations of the competent authorities. 4.3 The grease filling amount of sealed ball bearings shall be determined by the quality difference before and after the bearing is filled with grease. 4.4 The inspection rules shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZB111020. 4.5 The test assessment of grease leakage, temperature rise and dustproof performance of sealed ball bearings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of (B2829, the unqualified quality level RQ1, 25, the discrimination level, the sub-sampling plan, and the sample size of 8. 5 Marking and packaging
