Sprayers should be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and meet the requirements of this standard. The performance indicators of the liquid pump used in the sprayer should meet the requirements of the relevant liquid pump in Article 3.3.2 of this standard. 4.2
4.3 The performance indicators of the supporting power should meet the requirements of the corresponding standards. 4.4 The structure of the spray hose, nozzle, spray gun and the connection dimensions of the corresponding parts and components should meet the requirements of NJ194. 4.5 The starting performance of the sprayer should be carried out under the state of pump pressure relief. The number of starts should be less than or equal to 3 times. Each start can be operated twice, and the starting time of each start should not exceed 30s, with an interval of 2min each time. 4.6 The assembled sprayer should be tested for 0.5h at the maximum working pressure. There should be no abnormal vibration, noise, loose fasteners, water or oil leakage during operation (the dripping of the plunger seal of the plunger pump should not exceed 1mL/min). 2
JB/T7284—1994| |tt||4.7 The pressure regulating valve of the sprayer should be sensitive and reliable when spraying. When the sprayer is running at rated speed, close the stop valve and pull the pressure reducing handle. The pressure should drop quickly to below 0.5MPa. When the pressure regulating hand wheel is completely loosened, the pressure shall not exceed 1.0MPa. 4.8 The pressure resistance performance index of the pump parts shall meet the requirements of ZBB91024 and ZBB91034. 4.9 The long-range spray gun and adjustable spray gun shall be tested for water pressure tightness at a pressure of 3.0MPa, and there shall be no leakage within 30s. 4.10 The spray rod parts (shutoff valve, filter sleeve, spray rod, multi-head nozzle) shall be tested for water pressure tightness at a pressure of 1.5MPa, and there shall be no leakage or sweating within 30s.
4.11 The spray hose shall be tested for water pressure tightness at a pressure of 4.0MPa, and there shall be no cracking, delamination or local bulging within 1min. Exposed rotating parts must have safety protection devices. 4.12
The appearance of the sprayer should be neat and tidy, without rust stains, oil stains, obvious paint peeling, bumps, scratches and other defects. The paint of the sprayer should comply with the relevant provisions of NJ/Z3. 4.14
The mean time to first failure (MTTFF) of the sprayer shall not be less than 50h, and the effectiveness shall not be less than 96%. 5 The sprayer shall be subjected to a 500h durability test. During the test, it is allowed to replace wearing parts, but other parts and components shall not be replaced. 4.16
The test pressure is the average value of the working pressure. After the test, the volumetric efficiency and total efficiency are allowed to drop to 95% of the values specified in the standard. 7 When the product leaves the factory, the required spare parts (wearing parts), accessories and tools shall be prepared according to the provisions of the manual. 4.17
4.18 If the provisions in the referenced standards are inconsistent with this standard, the provisions of this standard shall prevail. 5 Test methods
5.1 The performance of the whole machine of the sprayer shall be carried out in accordance with NJ204 and this standard. 5.2 The operation test of the sprayer shall be equipped with a spray hose and sprayed with a spray gun. The test medium is clean water at room temperature. At rated speed and maximum working pressure, it shall be operated continuously for 0.5h.
5.3 The pump performance test and the durability test of the sprayer shall be carried out on a bench. The electric motor shall be used as the power and clean water at room temperature shall be used as the test medium. The calculation table of the pump performance test is shown in Appendix A (reference). 5.4 The starting performance test of the sprayer shall be carried out under the state of pressure relief with the pump. The sprayer equipped with a gasoline engine shall be tested at an ambient temperature not lower than -5℃, and the sprayer equipped with a diesel engine shall be tested at an ambient temperature not lower than 5℃. 5.5 Reliability test
5.5.1 Mean time to first failure (MTTFF) At rated speed and average working pressure, use a spray gun to spray and measure the average working time (h) before the first failure of the sprayer, and calculate the average value. The test medium is clean water, and the timing cut-off time is 100h. The average working time before the first failure is calculated according to formula (1): MTTFF=2_1
Where: T total working time, h;
n number of sample test units;
r number of failure units;
t—accumulated working time when the i-th sprayer has the first failure, h; fo—timing cut-off test time, h.
5.5.2 Effectiveness
..... ()
Under the conditions of rated speed and average working pressure, use the spray gun to carry out a 300h bench test to determine its effectiveness. The test medium is clean water. During the test, except for the wearing parts, no other parts are allowed to be replaced. The effectiveness is calculated according to formula (2):
Wherein: K—effectiveness;
T. —fault elimination time, h;
T—pure working time, h.
Testing rules
6.1 Before the sprayer leaves the factory, each sprayer shall be subjected to factory tests according to the items and requirements specified in Table 3. The test method shall comply with the provisions of NJ204 and this standard. The product certificate can only be issued after the manufacturer's quality management department verifies that the test results meet the requirements of this standard. When the product quality is stable, on the basis of strict inspection of parts and components, the factory inspection of the whole machine can be spot-checked once a month, with no less than two units each time. When the production is transferred to another factory or stopped for more than one year, or when there are major changes in design, process, materials, etc., the type 6.2
test of the whole machine should be carried out. In addition to the comprehensive test of Table 3 of this standard, the type test shall also be carried out according to the provisions of Article 4.15 of this standard for the average working time before the first failure and the effectiveness measurement, and the 500h endurance test shall be carried out according to the provisions of Article 4.16 of this standard.
