Valve discs should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2
Material for valve discs shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Other materials that can ensure the design requirements may be substituted. Table 2

The surface hardness of the valve plate is 37~45HRC, the hardness difference on the same valve plate shall not be greater than 3HRC, and the main body of the metallographic structure is tempered calcite.
The surface roughness R of the two planes of the valve disc is 0.4, the surface roughness R of the outer cylindrical surface and the surface roughness R of the inner hole of the WA type valve disc is 3.2.0.8,
The surface of the valve disc should not have cracks, cuts, scratches, rust, hardness tester indentations and other defects that affect fatigue strength. After the valve disc is finely ground, the grinding stress should be eliminated. The valve disc should not have residual magnetism.
After the valve disc is finally treated to eliminate internal stress, it shall not be leveled by hammering. The burrs of the valve disc ring groove and inner hole should be removed; the outer circle edge should be blunt, and the fillet radius R≥0.2mm. Under the normal working conditions of the compressor and the gas valve, the valve disc replacement period should not be less than the provisions of Table 5. The valve disc thickness tolerance is ±0.05mm.
The inner hole tolerance of the WA type valve disc is H9 as specified in GB1801. The inner hole tolerance of the WB type valve disc is 1°mm. The outer circle tolerance of the valve plate shall be in accordance with d10 specified in 31801.

5.1 The material of the valve plate shall be accompanied by the quality certificate of the steel plant when entering the warehouse. If there is no quality certificate, relevant tests shall be supplemented. Period
WB type valve plate
5.2 The geometrical dimension tolerance and appearance quality of the valve plate shall be accepted by the quality inspection department according to this standard, product drawings and technical documents before it can leave the factory.
5.3 The metallographic structure and hardness inspection of the valve plate shall be carried out in batches. The valve discs of the same batch and the same material are grouped into one batch, and no less than three pieces are sampled for each batch.
During the inspection, first take one piece for metallographic structure and hardness inspection. If one item does not meet the requirements, double inspection shall be carried out. If there is still one piece that does not meet the requirements, the batch of valve discs shall be unqualified. 5.4 The flatness of the valve disc shall be inspected on the flat plate with a round head feeler gauge 0.01mm larger than the allowable value. The one that cannot be inserted is qualified. The inspection position does not include the part within the middle elastic arm.
5.5 If the cracks of the valve disc need to be inspected by special flaw detection methods, it shall be decided by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.6 When the ordering unit accepts the product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling plan and the quality inspection level AQL value shall be decided by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
Packaging, marking and storage
The surface of the valve disc shall be coated with rust-proof agent and packaged with stainless water and non-corrosive packaging materials. After packaging, the valve plate should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive gas warehouse, and the anti-rust period should be no less than one year. The packaged valve plate should be accompanied by a product certificate. The product certificate should include the following: a.
Factory name and address;
Product mark and name;
Quantity;
Manufacturing date;
Inspection department seal;
Production batch number and manufacturer's mark.

WB type valve disc is divided into two structures, WBI type and WBⅡ type. The design and selection are determined according to specific requirements. WBI The structural diagram and dimensions of WBⅡ valve discs shall comply with the requirements of Figure B1, Figure B2, Figure B3 and Table B1 respectively. When the dimension D of the first ring groove of the valve disc of Figure B1 structure is greater than 90mm, the ring The number of connecting ribs of the groove increases to 8. When the dimension D of the nth annular groove of the valve plate of the structure of Figure B1 is greater than 210 mm, the number of connecting ribs of the annular groove increases to 12.
