Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the format, content and preparation requirements of the data sheet of professional pump equipment. Applicable to design technology management and quality management.
2 Purpose and edition of equipment data sheet
2.0.1 The data sheet of pump equipment is an important document in the preliminary design and engineering design stage. During the design process, this document is an important basis for the detailed design work of various disciplines. When the project has regulations, it can also be directly used for the inquiry and ordering of pump equipment.
2.0.2 The data sheet of pump equipment can generally be divided into four versions: review version, inquiry version, order version and final version 1 Review version - produced in the early stage of basic engineering design and after receiving the process package from the patentee. This version is only issued when the patentee and the user (owner) require review. 2 The inquiry version is generated during the basic engineering design process and after receiving the review opinions of the patent owner/or user on the review version of the equipment data sheet. It is an important basis for equipment inquiry (when the project stipulates that the equipment data sheet should be used for inquiry and ordering), and it is also the basis for the relevant professionals to carry out detailed design during the engineering design stage. 3 The ordering version is generated after receiving the manufacturer's quotation and before the equipment contract is signed. It is the basis for equipment ordering and detailed design of various engineering professionals.
4 The final version is generated after receiving the final drawings and materials from the manufacturer and no further modifications are expected. It is one of the final design documents provided by the company (institute) to the user (owner). 314
3 The format and content of the equipment data sheet
The pump equipment data sheet is a written document that expresses the requirements of the equipment pump operating conditions, performance structure, material selection, manufacturing, 3.01
inspection in the form of a table, usually prepared in A4 format. The format and content of the pump equipment data sheet are shown in Appendix A, B, C, D, E, F, and G respectively. 3.0.2
Other types of pumps other than the above can be re-formulated according to the characteristics and requirements of the pumps with reference to the above table format.
Instructions for writing equipment data sheets
4.0.1 Pump equipment data sheets usually consist of a homepage and several continuation pages. The homepage should be filled with engineering indexes, process operating conditions, performance parameters, design conditions and regulations, materials and manufacturing requirements related to the pump equipment. 4.0.2 When the pump equipment data sheet is first published, the relevant content and requirements should be filled in as complete and accurate as possible. For some data that can only be obtained through inquiry, such as the efficiency of centrifugal pumps, the required net suction pressure head and other data, they should be filled in before the order version is published after receiving the manufacturer's technical quotation and verification and confirmation. 4.0.3 The equipment data sheet shown in the appendix is ​​a general format. The items with the symbol "" in the table are optional items. When filling in the form, according to the specific conditions and requirements of the equipment, the "mouth" of the relevant items should be blackened and the required data should be filled in the corresponding columns. Columns that are not directly related to the equipment or columns that lack data should not be filled in. 5 Others
5.0.1 In order to facilitate management and ensure that the design work is carried out in an orderly manner, at the beginning of the preliminary design, the person in charge of this profession should uniformly number the machine pump equipment data sheet according to the equipment category and position number sequence of the equipment table according to the relevant regulations of the company (institute) or project, and report to the design manager for summary. When starting to compile the equipment data sheet, the data sheet number summarized by the design manager should be issued to each compiler for use.
5.0.2 In principle, each version of the machine pump equipment data sheet should be modified on the same document. For the part that has been modified or supplemented, the last box of the line (i.e., the modification mark column) should be marked with the same number as the version in the signature column for identification and search. When the modification of the document is carried out on the computer, in addition to the above provisions, the signature of the previous version can be changed to typing on the computer, and the latest version should be signed by the modifier in person. 315
