The terms and definitions established in GB/T5835 and the following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Yanchuan dried Chinese jujube Yanchuan dried Chinese jujube is a dried Chinese jujube made from big wooden jujube, strip jujube, round jujube, dog head jujube and Jun jujube produced in Yanchuan. 4 Scope of geographical indication product protection
The scope of geographical indication product protection of Yanchuan red dates is limited to the scope approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Geographical Indication Product Protection Regulations", including Yanchasi Township, Yanshuiguan Town, Tugang Township, Yangjiatai Town, Majiahe Township, Yanchuan Town, Hejiawan Township, Wenanyi Town, Jiajiaping Town, Guanzhuang Town, Yuju Town, Fengjiaping Township, Yongping Town, Gaojiatun Township, a total of 14 townships and towns in Yanchuan County, Shaanxi Province, see Appendix A.
5 Requirements
5.1 Varieties
Main varieties: big wooden dates, strip dates, round dates, dog head dates, and Jun dates. 1

5.2 Origin environment
According to the provisions of GB/T18407.2.
5.3 Grade
The grade of Yanchuan red dates shall meet the requirements of Table 1. Item

6 Test methods
6.1 Appearance and grade

Test according to GB/T5009.3.
6.2.3 Edible rate determination
Weigh 200g to 300g of sampled jujube, separate the pits, weigh the pulp mass and calculate according to formula (1): A=m×100%

6.3 Safety requirements

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Batch
Red dates of the same variety, same grade and sold in the same batch are regarded as one inspection batch. 7.2 Sampling
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8855.
7.3 Inspection classification
7.3.1 Delivery inspection
Each batch of products shall be subject to delivery inspection before delivery. Inspection items include grade, packaging and marking. 7.3.2 Type inspection

Type inspection includes all items specified in the requirements of this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) When the environmental conditions of the product production base change; b) When the production process changes, which may affect the product quality; c) When the national quality supervision department puts forward type inspection requirements in accordance with regulations. 7.4 Judgment rules
7.4.1 If there is any failure in the inspection, re-inspection is allowed once. If it still fails, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified products. 7.4.2 The net content should be consistent with the quality clearly stated on the packaging. The allowable error shall be implemented in accordance with the "Measurement Supervision and Management Measures for Quantitative Packaged Commodities". 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
Should comply with the provisions of GB7718 and GB/T17924. The packaging box should have a special mark for geographical indication products and indicate the product name, quantity (number or net content), grade, origin, packaging date, production unit, implementation standard number, etc. 8.2 Packaging
The packaging box should comply with the requirements of GB/T6543, and other materials should comply with the requirements of GB/T13607. 8.3 Transportation
The means of transportation should be clean and hygienic, pollution-free, and must not be mixed with toxic and harmful items. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture, sun, damage and rain.
8.4 Storage
It is strictly forbidden to store and store with other toxic and harmful, odorous, moldy and other easily polluted items. The warehouse should be kept ventilated and dry, and there should be fly and rat prevention facilities.
