This standard adopts the Japanese industrial standard JISR3455:1995 "Asbestos brake linings for industrial machinery" in a non-equivalent manner, and revises GB11834-1989 "Asbestos friction linings for industrial machinery". This standard is compared with GB11834-1989, and the following important technical contents have been modified. It is clear that formal non-asbestos friction pads can also refer to this standard. The material of the friction disc of the fixed speed friction tester is changed to HT250, and the hardness is changed to 180~220HB. The friction performance test method directly refers to GB5763-1998 Automobile Brake Lining and GB/T5764-1998 Automobile Clutch Facing.

6.3 Sampling method and judgment rules

6.3.1 The inspection of the appearance and dimensional deviation of the friction plate adopts the random sampling method, and the normal inspection one-time sampling plan is used according to GB/T2828, and the special inspection level is S-4, and the AQL value is 4.0. The sampling quantity required for different batches and the judgment of qualified batches or unqualified batches shall comply with the provisions of Table 11.
