4.6 Pressure losswwW.bzxz.Net
JB/T 753894
At the maximum flow rate (referring to the maximum working flow rate in the pipeline connected to the filter), when the medium is water, the pressure loss of the filter shall not exceed 0.04MPa.
4.7 Appearance quality
The outer surface of the filter should be smooth, the anti-rust coating should be uniform and firm, without obvious bubbles, brake drop and mechanical damage. There should be no scratches and bruises on the flange sealing surface.
4.8 Anti-transport vibration performance
After the filter is subjected to continuous impact test, the flange sealing surface and connection parts should be intact. 5 Test
5.1 Water pressure strength test
The filter should be installed on the water pressure test device for testing. The test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the shortest time to maintain the test pressure is 3min.
5.2 Water pressure sealing performance test
The filter should be installed on the water pressure test device for testing. The test pressure is 1.25 times the nominal pressure. The shortest time to maintain the test pressure is 2 minutes.
5.3 Pressure loss test
According to the requirements of Article 4.6, the pressure loss of the filter shall be measured. The test method shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B of ZBY303. 5.4 Appearance quality inspection
Use visual inspection to inspect the outer surface and flange sealing surface of the filter according to the requirements of Article 4.7. 5.5 Continuous impact test
The continuous impact test method shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of ZBY002. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection

The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in Articles 3.3.2, 4.3, 4.5 and 4.7 of this standard. 6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the contents specified in Chapter 4 of this standard (except Articles 4.1 and 4.2). 6.3 Type inspection is conducted in one of the following situations: a.
When the product is finalized:
When there are major changes in product structure and materials: b.
When the product is regularly assessed (once every year). 6.4 The inspection plan shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.
7 Marking, packaging and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 There should be a striking arrow on the filter housing to indicate the direction of liquid flow. 7.1.2 The following contents should be marked on the filter label: a.
Type code:
Nominal diameter:
Nominal pressure:
Housing material brand:
JB/T7538--94
Production date and factory number (or production batch number); manufacturer name (or trademark).
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The filter surface (including the sealing surface) should be cleaned of dirt and then coated with rust inhibitor to prevent corrosion during transportation and storage. 7.2.2 The connecting end faces should be protected and packaged to ensure that the product is not damaged and easy to use under normal transportation conditions. The packaging form and method shall be determined by the manufacturer.
