Automatic water adding type; b. Manual water adding type. 4.3 Main technical parameters The main technical parameters are shown in Table 1. Steam output Working pressure 4.4 Model The model compilation regulations are as follows: The Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China approved it on April 14, 1992. 2.45.47.2 All kinds of standards and industry information are free to download 21. 625.228. 8 1992-12-01 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Appearance quality QB/T 1485—1992 Improve the design sequence number, use Arabic numerals to represent the main technical parameter code, use power values to represent the classification code, use the first letter "R" or "D" of the Chinese pinyin of "人" and "自" in manual water addition and automatic water addition to represent the name code, and "DZF" are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin of "电", "蒸" and "发" respectively. 5.1.1 The surface of the painted parts should be flat and uniform in color, and there should be no obvious defects such as flow marks, bubbles, residues and magnetic damage in the main visible parts. 5.1.2 The nameplate should have clear graphics and text, correct position, and no obvious scratches. 5.1.3 The surface of the electroplated parts should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and should not have defects such as missing plating, peeling, spots, abrasions and rust. 5.1.4 The surface of the oxidized parts should have a uniform color and should not There are defects such as blanks, light spots of sediment, scratches and rust. 5.2 Safety performance 5.2.1 The heating container should be produced by a unit with a pressure vessel manufacturing license and be accompanied by a quality certificate. 5.2.2 The insulation resistance value should not be less than 1MQ. 5.2.3 The electrical equipment can withstand the pressure test without flashover and breakdown. 5.2.4 The safety valve should be able to release steam when the machine reaches the specified pressure value. 5.3 Working performance 5.3.1 The steam production within the working pressure range of 0.3±0.02MPa should not be less than that specified in Table 1. 5.3.2 The automatic control device of water level and pressure should be sensitive to response and operate correctly and reliably. 5.3.3 There should be no leakage in each pipeline. 5.3 .4 The opening and closing of the valve should be flexible and reliable. 6 Test methods 6.1 Test methods in Article 5.1 of this standard Self-inspection. 6.2 Test methods in Article 5.2.1 of this standard Check the "quality guarantee certificate". 6.3 Test methods in Article 5.2.2 of this standard Carry out in accordance with the method in Article 13.1 of GB/T5226. 6.4 Test methods in Article 5.2.3 of this standard Carry out in accordance with the method in Article 13.2 of GB/T5226. 6.5 Test methods in Article 5.2.4 of this standard Visual inspection. 6.6 Test methods in Articles 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 of this standard 6.6.1 Test instrument a a. a platform scale with an accuracy of 1/1000, b. a stopwatch with an accuracy of ±1s. 6.6.2 Test procedure Place the electric heating steam generator on the platform scale, supply water to the capacity specified by the manufacturer and start heating. When the steam reaches 0.3MPa, record the reading of the platform scale; Quasi-heat network QB/T1485--1992 Open the steam release valve and use a stopwatch to record the time. Adjust the amount of steam release to keep the pressure within the range of 0.3±0.02MPa. After 30 minutes, close the steam release valve and record the reading of the platform scale for the second time; c. The difference between the two readings is the steam production during this time, which is converted into steam production per unit time. 6.7 This standard promotes the test method of 5.3.3 Repeat three times for visual inspection. 6.8 Test method in Article 5.3.4 of this standard Under the working pressure state specified by the manufacturer, maintain the pressure for 10 minutes and inspect visually. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Non-conformity classification Non-conformity can be divided into the following categories according to the importance of unit product quality based on quality characteristics: a. Class A non-conformity: extremely important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; B. Class B non-conformity: important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; b. C. Non-conformity: general quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements. 7.3 Factory inspection 7.3.1 All products leaving the factory shall be inspected. 7.3.2 Inspection items See Table 2 for inspection items and categories. Inspection Items 7.3.3 Qualification of Individual Products Classification of Unqualified Products A single product is deemed qualified when it meets the following conditions: no unqualified items of Category A or B appear; no more than two unqualified items of Category C appear. 7.4 Type Inspection Standard Technical Special Network mStandard Operation Element Inspection Classification Factory Inspection Type Inspection QB/T 1485-1992 Type inspection is generally carried out in one of the following situations. When new products are trial-produced and identified or old products are transferred to other factories for production; during formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, once a year; When a product is discontinued for more than one year (including one year) and then resumes production; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.4.2 Sample Drawing Randomly draw 4 sample units from a batch or batches manufactured in this cycle and passed the factory inspection, inspect two of the sample units, and keep the other two sample units for inspection. 7.4.3 Inspection Items See Table 2 for inspection items and categories. 7.4.4 Type inspection qualification judgment Type inspection is judged to be qualified when one of the following conditions is met: the two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and more than one Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than four a. Class C unqualified items, and no more than two unqualified items appear in a sample unit; b. If the two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and more than two Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than five Class C unqualified items, and no more than two Class B unqualified items appear in a sample unit, and the total number of unqualified items does not exceed four, then the same items of the other two sample units are allowed to be re-inspected, and all these items should be qualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 The machine should have a durability nameplate. 8.1.2 The following contents shall be clearly marked on the nameplate: a. Manufacturer name; Registered trademark; Product name; Product model; Manufacturing date or number. 8.2 Packaging The machine shall be packed in a firm box with moisture-proof protection measures. 8.2.1 8.2.2 The packaging measures shall be to ensure that the machine will not be damaged by vibration, loading and unloading, moisture and dust in general transportation and storage conditions. 8.2.3 Before packaging, the exposed metal parts of the machine without paint shall be painted with anti-rust agent. The machine and accessories shall be fixed securely in the box, and appropriate padding shall be added if necessary. 8.2.4 8.2.5Each machine should have the following documents: a.
