This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance provisions, and delivery preparation for gyromagnetic ferrite materials (hereinafter referred to as materials) used at microwave frequencies.
1.2 Scope of application
This specification applies to gyromagnetic polycrystalline ferrite materials used in microwave ferrite devices. This specification does not apply to gyromagnetic polycrystalline ferrite film materials and gyromagnetic single crystal ferrite materials. 1.3 Classification and naming
1.3.1 Classification
Gyromagnetic ferrite materials are also called microwave ferrite materials, mainly including sphene type (cubic system), garnet type (cubic system) and magnetoplumbite type (hexagonal system) structures. This specification is divided into: small line width materials, internal field materials, high Curie temperature materials and high power materials according to the typical characteristics of the materials. 1.3.2 Brand
The brand naming method is in accordance with the provisions of SJ/T10213-1991 "Ferrite Material Brand and Component Model Naming Method". The symbol "P" is added to the main feature part of the material, which means "high power". 2 References

3.1 Detailed specifications
The requirements for each grade of material shall comply with the provisions of this specification and the corresponding detailed specifications. When the requirements of this specification and the detailed specifications are inconsistent, the detailed specifications shall prevail.
3.2 Qualification appraisal

3.3 Appearance

The surface of the materials submitted according to this specification shall be clean, free of cracks, loose ferrite particles and small pores visible to the naked eye. 3.4 Chemical composition of materials
The typical chemical composition of the materials submitted according to this specification is given by the detailed specification (see 3.1). 3.5 Specifications and dimensions of materials
The specifications and dimensions of the materials submitted according to this specification shall comply with the provisions (see 3.1). 3.6 Apparent density and mechanical properties of materials (when applicable) The apparent density (Pp) of the materials shall comply with the provisions (see 3.1). If necessary, the typical mechanical properties of the materials can be provided (see 3.1). 3.7 Electromagnetic properties of materials
The electromagnetic properties of gyromagnetic ferrite materials shall comply with the provisions of the detailed specifications (see 3.1). The detailed specification shall select appropriate electromagnetic performance items or add additional items from Table 1 for specification. The test method of the additional items shall be specified in the detailed specification. If necessary, the relationship curve between the typical saturation magnetization intensity M and temperature of the material (M-T curve) can be given. Table 1 Electromagnetic Performance

Within the specified temperature range, the error is 10%: At a certain temperature within the specified temperature range, the error is ±5%.
At the specified frequency and temperature, the error is 20%. At the specified frequency and temperature, the error is ±20%. At the specified frequency and temperature, the error is 5%. The error of the absolute value of the complex relative dielectric constant is ±10%; the error of the dielectric loss tangent tan6 is ±10%. After the test sample is tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.7.4, its electrical properties shall comply with the provisions (see 3.1). 3.9 Steady-state damp heat
After the test sample is tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.7.5, its electromagnetic properties shall comply with the provisions (see 3.1). 3.10 Identification marks
The delivered materials shall be marked with necessary methods (see 3.1). 4 Quality assurance provisions
4.1 Inspection responsibilities
Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency has the right to inspect any inspection item described in this specification. 4.1.1 Responsibility for Conformity
All products must meet all requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this specification. The inspections specified in this specification shall become an integral part of the contractor's entire inspection system or quality assurance program. If the contract or order includes inspection requirements not specified in this specification, the contractor shall also ensure that the materials submitted for inspection meet the requirements of the contract or order. Quality consistency sampling does not allow the submission of materials that are known to be defective, nor can the ordering party be required to accept defective materials. 4.2 Inspection Classification
The inspection classification specified in this specification is:
a. Identification inspection (see 4.4);
b. Quality consistency inspection (see 4.5);
c. Packaging inspection (see 4.6).
4.3 Inspection Conditions
Unless otherwise specified, all inspections shall be carried out under the standard atmospheric pressure conditions specified in GJB360A. 4.4 Qualification test
Qualification test shall be conducted before the material is put into production. When there are major changes in raw materials or manufacturing processes that may affect the results of qualification test, qualification test shall also be conducted. Qualification test is also used to verify the maintenance of qualification qualification. 4.4.1 Inspection location
Qualification test shall be conducted in an authorized or approved laboratory. 4.4.2 Inspection samples
The samples for qualification test are manufactured by the equipment and processes normally used in production. The shape and nominal size of the samples for testing the mechanical properties of the materials shall comply with the provisions (see 3.1). The shape and nominal size of the samples for testing the electromagnetic properties and apparent density of the materials shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9633. 4.4.3 Inspection
The items, inspection sequence, number of samples to be tested and the number of unqualified products allowed for qualification test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Among them, the items for testing the electromagnetic properties of the materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the detailed specifications (see 3.1). The qualification test shall be carried out by continuously feeding three batches of materials to accept the qualification test specified in Table 2. The quantity of each batch of materials and the number of samples produced in each batch shall comply with the regulations (see 3.1).

Note: The samples to be subjected to the environmental adaptability test are selected from the samples that have been subjected to the electromagnetic performance inspection and have passed (see 3.1). 4.4.4 Unqualified determination
If three consecutive batches of tested samples have passed the inspection or test specified in Table 2 (see 3.1), the identification inspection is qualified. If one or more of the inspections or tests exceed the number of unqualified products allowed as specified in Table 2, the identification qualification will not be granted. 4.4.5 Maintenance of qualification
In order to maintain qualification, the contractor shall submit a report including the various tests specified in Table 2 (Qualification Test) to the qualification unit every three years. The test shall be carried out using one sample of each type of product produced during this period. 4.5 Quality consistency test
4.5.1 Composition of inspection lot
An inspection lot consists of all products of the same brand submitted for inspection at the same time. The number of an inspection lot should not exceed the output of one normal production cycle (see 3.1).
4.5.2 Quality consistency inspection
The quality consistency inspection shall be in accordance with GJB179A, a normal sampling plan, the inspection level IL is the general inspection level II, the acceptable quality level AQL is as specified in Table 3, and the inspection items and sequence are as specified in Table 3. 4

The packaging and marking requirements specified in Chapter 5 of this specification shall be inspected by visual inspection. Any transport package that does not meet the requirements of Chapter 5 shall be rejected.
4.7 Inspection method
4.7.1 Appearance and mechanical inspection
The materials shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 3.1, 3.3, 3.5 and 3.10 to prove whether their appearance, specifications and markings meet the requirements.
4.7.2 Apparent density
The apparent density Aa shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 10 of GB/T9633, and it is allowed to be measured by automatic measuring devices. However, in case of disputes, the method specified in GB/T9633 shall be used for arbitration. 4.7.3 Electromagnetic properties of materials
Electromagnetic properties of materials shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9633. Automatic measuring devices are allowed for measurement. However, in case of disputes, the method specified in GB/T9633 shall be used for arbitration. 4.7.3.1 Saturation magnetization intensity M,

5.1 Sealing and packaging
The materials should be cleaned and dried before sealing. When packaging, dry paper pads should be added between each single piece of material and packed in an intermediate packaging box. The gaps in the box should be filled with soft filling materials, and the box should be filled with a certificate of conformity with the seal of the quality inspection department of the contractor. The box should be sealed with a seal or label with the seal of the quality inspection department. The intermediate packaging of the materials should be able to ensure that the materials will not be damaged due to improper packaging during transportation and storage.

5.3 Transportation and storage

The suitable storage environment temperature for the materials is -40°C to 60°C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and there is no acid, alkaline or other harmful gas.

5.4 Marking
The "Rain-Proof" sign shall be marked on the outside of the transport packaging box in accordance with the provisions of GB191. 6 Explanations
