JB/T 7983-2001 This standard is a revision of JB/T 7983-1995 "Bolt-fastened flat grinding wheels" in order to coordinate with the currently implemented national standards such as GB/T 2484-1994 "Code and Marking of Ordinary Abrasives" and GB/T 2485-1997 "Technical Conditions of Ordinary Abrasive Grinding Wheels". This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of bolt-fastened flat grinding wheels. This standard is applicable to resin bond bolt-fastened flat grinding wheels for double-end grinders. The working part of the grinding wheel can also be made of vitrified bond. This standard was first issued in 1971 as JB 1198-71, revised for the first time in April 1983 as GB 3601-83, and adjusted to JB/T 7983-95 in April 1996. This is the second revision. JB/T 7983—2001 Foreword This standard is a revision of JB/T7983-1995 "Bolt-fastened flat grinding wheels". This standard replaces JB/T7983—1995 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the standard appendix, and Appendix B is the reminder appendix. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Baige (Group) Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Lu Zongyan, Jiang Mengning, Chen Deguang, Chen Jianmin, Xia Hong, Liu Minqiang. This standard was first issued as a machinery industry standard in 1971. It was first revised to a national standard in 1983. It was adjusted to a machinery industry standard in 1995. 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Ordinary abrasives! Bonded abrasive products-Disc wheel with inserted nutsJB/T 7983—2001 Replaces JB/T7983-1995 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of bolt-fastened flat grinding wheels. This standard is applicable to resin bonded bolt-fastened parallel grinding wheels (hereinafter referred to as grinding wheels) for double-end grinders. The working part of the grinding wheel can also be made of vitrified bond.
