The main changes of this standard compared with JB/T2104-1991 are as follows: - Cancelled the clauses 4.1, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.14, 5.1.1.5, 5.1.2.4, 5.2.1, 5.2.3, 5.2.5, etc. in the original standard. - Expanded the types of jacks, added the technical requirements and related inspection methods for jacks with safety load limit devices and multi-stage piston rod types. Corresponding changes have been made to the relevant parameters, technical requirements and inspection rules. 1. Modifications have also been made in the writing structure. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard replaces JB/T2014-1991. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hoisting Machinery. This standard was drafted by Changshu Jack of Jiangsu Tongrun Electromechanical Group and Beijing Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Kong Xiao and Cai Jianping. I 1 Scope Hydraulic jack JB/T 2104—2002 This standard specifies the product type, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of manual hydraulic jacks. This standard applies to manual hydraulic jacks (hereinafter referred to as jacks) for vehicles, industrial and mining, ships and construction projects. Other similar types of hydraulic jacks can also be used for reference. 2 Product type 2.1 Type 2.1.1 The jacks described in this standard include vertical and vertical and horizontal dual-purpose jacks, which are subdivided according to their use and structure: a) with safety limit device, without safety limit device; b) single-stage piston rod, multi-stage piston rod; c) a combination of a and b. 2.1.2 Model representation method: The code for vertical hydraulic jacks is QYL: The code for vertical and horizontal dual-purpose hydraulic jacks is QW. The characterization letter of hydraulic jacks with safety limit devices is A: The characterization letter of hydraulic jacks with multi-stage piston rods is D. Rated lifting capacity, unit is t A: With safety load limit device Characteristic letter Type code 2.1.3 Marking example D: Multi-stage piston rod AD: Multi-stage with safety load limit device QYL: Vertical QW: Vertical and horizontal The mark of the ordinary manual vertical hydraulic jack with a rated lifting capacity of 5t is: Jack QYL5JB/T2104 The mark of the manual vertical hydraulic jack with a rated lifting capacity of 3t and a safety load limit device is: Jack QYLA3JB/T2104 The mark of the manual vertical hydraulic jack with a rated lifting capacity of 8t and a multi-stage piston rod is: Jack QYLD8JB/T 2104 The manual vertical hydraulic jack with a rated lifting capacity of 10t and a multi-stage piston rod with a safety load limiter is marked as: Jack QYLAD10 JB/T2104 The manual vertical hydraulic jack with a rated lifting capacity of 320t and a vertical and horizontal dual-purpose is marked as: Jack QW320JB/T2104 JB/T 2104—2002 2.2 Illustrations The typical jacks described in this standard are shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3. TH Figure 1 Single-stage Figure 3 Vertical and horizontal dual-purpose Figure 2 Multi-stage Note: In Figures 1 to 3, H is the lowest height; Hi is the lifting height: H2 is the adjustment height. 2.3 Basic parameters The basic parameters of the ordinary type (single-stage piston rod without safety load limiter) hydraulic jacks are shown in Appendix A (normative appendix). The basic parameters of other types of hydraulic jacks and hydraulic jacks with special customer requirements can be determined by both the supplier and the buyer. 3 Requirements 3.1 The hydraulic jack shall not have defects that affect its reliability in use and shall be able to work effectively in an environment with a temperature of ~20℃~~+45℃. There shall be no oil leakage at the fixed seals, and only an oil film is allowed at the moving seals. 3.2 The structure of the operating control shall be easy for the operator to see and operate. Under the action of the rated lifting weight, when the matching handle is used to operate the hydraulic pump to raise and lower the piston rod within the full stroke range, the operation shall be safe and reliable. 3.3 The jack shall have a reliable limit device to ensure that the piston rod shall not fall out of the whole. The multi-stage piston rod type hydraulic jack shall have an obvious limit mark (or limit device) on the piston rod. For jacks with adjustment screws, the adjustment screws shall not come out of the piston rod at any height. 3.4 The bearing surface of the jack shall be able to prevent the load from slipping. The base support surface shall be flat (the base support surface is allowed to be convex, but the angle with the horizontal shall not exceed 3°). 3.5 When the deadweight of the jack exceeds 10kg, a handle shall be provided for carrying. The handle shall be able to withstand twice the deadweight of the jack. 3.6 For jacks with safety load limit devices, when the load reaches 115% of the rated lifting capacity, the safety load limit device must function and the jack cannot be lifted, and appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure that the setting position of the safety load limit device will not be easily changed. 3.7 The jack shall be subjected to static load test according to the provisions of Table 1. During the test, there shall be no permanent deformation or other abnormal conditions that affect the performance of the whole machine, and there shall be no oil leakage at the fixed seal. After the test, the performance of the whole machine shall not fail. 2 Rated lifting capacity G. t Without safety load limit device With safety load limit device G≤16 Table 1 Static load test load 16 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
