The allowable deviation of the shackle body size is in accordance with Table 5, and the allowable deviation of the cross pin diameter is in accordance with Table 6. The forging test grade is CB773-70. The II-level shackle should be inspected and accepted by the manufacturing and technical inspection department, and a certificate of conformity should be issued. 4.2 4.3 Each shackle should be tested for verification according to the test load listed in Table 7. The test duration should be no less than 5 minutes. For example: D16 6CB*3061-87 Properly package and store to prevent rust and damage. After the shackle is tested and accepted, it shall be coated with anti-rust oil.
