Some standard content:

1 Introduction
1.1 Scope of application
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Methods of sampling lac productsUDC 634.0.892.6
:534.05/.06
GB 814287
This standard applies to the sampling of granular lac, lac sheet, decolorized lac sheet, dewaxed lac sheet, decolorized and dewaxed lac sheet, military lac sheet, bleached lac and dewaxed and bleached lac. 1.2 Others
This standard refers to the international standards ISO55-1977. "Granular lac", ISO56/1-1979 "Lac sheet", ISO56/2-1979 "Machine-made lac sheet" and ISO57-1975 "Bleached lac". 2 Sampling methodWww.bzxZ.net
2.1 Sampling
Analytical samples should be representative enough for the whole batch of materials. The samples for inspection should be randomly selected from no less than 10% boxes (bags) of each batch of products, with a minimum of no less than 5 boxes and a maximum of no more than 25 boxes, and should be taken from different parts of the original unopened boxes (bags). 2.2 Sampling of loose shellac products
For sampling of general loose shellac products, a sampling spoon can be used to take approximately equal numbers of samples from different parts of each box (bag), with a total weight of about 5kg.
2.3 Sampling of agglomerated shellac products
For agglomerated shellac products, samples should be split or chiseled from different parts, and the amount of samples taken from each box (bag) should be approximately equal, with a total weight of about 5kg.
3 Handling of analytical samples
Mix the extracted samples thoroughly, reduce them by the quartering method, reduce two diagonal samples and mix them thoroughly, divide them into four equal parts, mix the two diagonal samples, grind them until they completely pass through a 10-mesh sieve, mix them thoroughly, and divide them into four equal parts, each part is about 300g. 3.1 Samples for laboratory analysis
Take 100g of the above samples, grind them until they completely pass through a 40-mesh sieve, and put them into a clean, dry, ground-mouth glass jar for analysis and inspection. Paste a label on the bottle and indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and location, etc. 3.2 Sample storage
Put the remaining 200g into a clean, dry jar, paste the same label on the bottle, and store it for future use. Additional notes:
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Institute of Forest Chemical Industry, Chinese Academy of Forestry.
