4 Requirements
4. 1 Working conditions

4.1.1 The rated voltage of the power supply for the distribution transformer motor is 38V and the rated power is 50H. 4.1.2 The suitable ambient temperature of the reducer is 20-60℃, and the relative humidity of the environment is 50%~80%. 4.1.3 The reducer is not allowed to be used in the environment where the transmission cavity teeth are exposed to oil, acid, organic solvents or contaminated. 4.1.4 The reducers included in this standard are designed for continuous operation and are allowed to rotate in forward and reverse directions. 4.2 Frame and bearing seat

5.2 Load test
5.2.1 After the no-load test is passed, the load test shall be carried out. Under the rated load, the test shall be carried out in four steps. The rated power shall be increased for each time. After each level of the load test reaches the normal temperature rise level for 0.5h, the temperature rise shall be increased again. 5.2.2 The load test shall meet the following requirements: a) The output oil shall not be applied.

The machine shall run normally and stably without any noise. 5.2.3 The load test is allowed to be carried out on the main engine and according to the requirements of the main engine. The running time shall not be less than 111.5.3 Micro-load test

6.1 Factory inspection

7.4The technical documents required by the on-call product include: a) Product qualified packing list.
b) Product instruction manual, technical documents should be placed in a plastic container and fixed on the inner wall of the box. 7.5 The products shall be packed in boxes and fixed in place, and shall be suitable for land and water transportation and loading requirements. The packaging boxes shall contain water-dispensing materials.
7.6 The packaging shall have clear product text labels. The text labels shall be neatly printed to ensure that they are not blurred by rain. The contents shall include:
a) Product unit and location,
b) Product manufacturer, product name, model, weight, and appearance. 7.7 During transportation and hanging, the products shall be placed in a stable and stable manner without any exceptions. 7. The bottom of the machine shall be clean and can prevent water from contamination.1.
