Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
HG/T2765.2—1996
Published on January 24, 1996
Macroporous silica gel
Implemented on January 1, 1997
Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China
WHG/T2765.2—1996
This standard is not equivalent to the Russian national standard rOCT3956—76 (91). The main technical differences between this standard and rOCT3956—76 (91) are as follows: 1. The macroporous silica gel is divided into two categories, I and I, and three grades. Macroporous spherical silica gel and macroporous block silica gel are specified, which are equivalent to the granular macroporous silica gel specified in IOCT3956—76 (91). The technical indicators of superior products are better than those of rOCT3956—76 (91). 2. The qualified rate of spherical particles is increased (for macroporous spherical silica gel). 3 The adsorption index of RH=100% is changed to pore volume. 4 The block silica index is formulated in accordance with TOCT3956-54 and combined with the actual domestic production situation. This standard changes the important technical contents of GB/T7819-87 and GB/T9007-88 as follows: 1 The contents specified in GB/T7819-87 and GB/T9007-88 are combined into one standard. 2 The upper and lower limits of particle size are cancelled for superior products and replaced by the corresponding particle size qualified rate. 3 The water absorption index is changed to pore volume. HG/T2765 is divided into the following independent parts under the general title of "Silica Gel": HG/T2765.1
Silica Gel Fine Pore Silica Gel
HG/T 2765.2
Silica Gel Macro Pore Silica Gel
HG/T2765.3
Microsphere Silica Gel
HG/T2765.4 Silica Gel Blue Glue Indicator and Color Changing Silica Gel HG/T2765.5 Silica Gel Test Method
From the date of entry into force of this standard, GB/T7819-87 and GB/T9007-88 will be invalidated at the same time. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The drafting units of this standard are: Qingdao Ocean Chemical Industry Group Corporation, Chongqing Dongfeng Chemical Plant, and Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Wang Ninghua, Hu Ximei, Fan Guoqiang, Jiang Junhua, and Du Jian. 1

Macroporous Silica Gel
HG/T2765.2—1996
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of macroporous silica gel. This standard applies to macroporous spherical silica gel and macroporous block silica gel made from sodium silicate and sulfuric acid. Macroporous spherical silica gel is mainly used as gas purifier, desiccant and deacidifier for insulating oil; macroporous block silica gel is mainly used as catalyst carrier, desiccant, gas and liquid purifier.
Molecular formula SiO2·nH20

Coarse-pored silica gel is divided into 2 categories:
Class I: coarse-pored spherical silica gel;
Class I: coarse-pored block silica gel.
4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance: Coarse-pored spherical silica gel is milky white frosted glass-like spherical particles, which may be mixed with a small amount of irregular particles and brown particles. Coarse-pored block silica gel is milky white glass-like irregular particles. 4.2 Coarse-pored silica gel shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

5.1 Each batch of products shall not exceed 5t.
5.2 Determine the number of sampling units in accordance with the provisions of 6.6 of GB/T6678. Use a sampler to take samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the package. Mix the samples evenly. Use the quartering method to reduce to about 500g, immediately put into two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles and seal them. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, category, grade, batch number, sampling date and the name of the sampler. One bottle is used as a laboratory sample, and the other bottle is kept for three months for reference.
5.3 If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sample from twice the amount of packaging for verification. If the verification results show that only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 6 Test methods
6.1 Use the rounding value comparison method specified in 5.2 of GB/T1250 to determine whether the test results meet the standards. 6.2 Determination of particle size qualification rate
According to Chapter 3 of HG/T2765.5.
6.3 Determination of abrasion rate
According to 4.1 of HG/T2765.5.
6.4 Determination of bulk density
According to Chapter 5 of HG/T2765.5.
6.5 Determination of pore volume
According to Chapter 7 of HG/T2765.5.
6.6 Determination of spherical particle qualification rate
According to Chapter 9 of HG/T2765.5.
6.7 Determination of heating loss
Operate according to Chapter 8 of HG/T2765.5. wwW.bzxz.Net

HG/T2765.2—1996
7.1 Coarse-pored silica gel packaging should have firm and clear markings, including the manufacturer's name, address, product name, trademark, category, grade, net weight, batch number or production date, this standard number and the "handle with care" mark and "afraid of moisture" mark specified in GB191. 7.2 Each batch of products leaving the factory should have a quality certificate. The content includes the manufacturer's name, address, product name, trademark, category, grade, net weight, batch number or production date, proof that the product quality meets this standard and this standard number. 7.3 Coarse-pored silica gel is double-layered. The inner bag is a polyethylene film bag with a thickness of not less than 0.1mm. The outer bag is a plastic woven bag (the corresponding model shall be selected according to the provisions of GB/T8946). Each batch of packaging materials shall be sampled and inspected, and its performance and inspection methods shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8946. The net weight of each bag is 20kg, 25kg, 50kg or 100kg. Special packaging shall be agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties. 7.4 The inner bag of the packaging is sealed with two ties or heat seals to ensure a tight seal. The outer bag is sewn with a sewing machine with a stitch length of no more than 7 to 12mm. The stitches are neat and uniform, without leaking seams or skipping stitches. 7.5 Coarse-pored silica gel products should be kept away from moisture during transportation, and the packaging bags should be handled with care to avoid damage. 7.6 Coarse-pored silica gel products should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid moisture and mixed storage with volatile substances. 3
