3 Ordering requirements
The buyer should provide the supplier with drawings, casting grades and delivery status. Other technical requirements shall be determined by agreement between the two parties. 4Technical Requirements
4.1 Steelmaking
Unless otherwise specified, the steelmaking method shall be determined by the supplier. 4.2 Grade and chemical composition of cast steel
4.2.1 The chemical composition of steel shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2.2 Residual element content: Ni≤0.30%, Cr≤0.30%, Cu≤0.25%, Mo≤0.15%, V≤0.05%, total residual element content ≤1%. If the party has no requirement, the residual elements will not be used as the basis for acceptance. 4.3 Casting
Unless otherwise specified, the casting method shall be determined by the supplier. 4.4 Heat treatment
Castings should be heat treated. Unless otherwise specified, the supplier may perform heat treatment according to mechanical property requirements. Mechanical properties

4.5.1
The mechanical properties of cast steel should comply with the requirements in Table 2. 4.6 Surface quality
The surface roughness of the casting should comply with the requirements of the drawing or order agreement, and generally reaches R.100μm. 4.6.1

4.7 Dimensional tolerances and machining allowances
JB/T 6402—92|| tt||The dimensional tolerance and machining allowance of castings shall comply with the provisions of the drawing or ordering agreement. If there is no provision in the drawing or ordering agreement, the machining allowance and dimensional tolerance of castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.7. 4.8 Repair welding
The supplier may perform repair welding on casting defects in accordance with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.6. 4.9 Correction
The deformation caused by castings can be eliminated by correction. Correction is usually performed at room temperature, and thermal correction can be used in special cases. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Chemical composition analysis
5.1.1 Test furnace by furnace according to the melting furnace. Test blocks for chemical analysis should be prepared during the pouring process. 5.1.2 The analysis method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB223. 5.2 Mechanical property test
5.2.1 The test block for mechanical properties shall be poured separately with molten steel from the same casting as specified in GB11352. 5.2.2 The test blocks and castings are heat treated in the same furnace. Take one tensile specimen and three impact specimens from the same smelting heat and heat treatment heat. 5.3 The tensile test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB228; the impact test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2106, GB229 or in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A in JB/T6397; hardness The test is in accordance with the provisions of GB231.
6 Retesting and reheat treatment
6.1 Retesting is allowed when the mechanical property test results (items specified in the supply contract) do not meet the requirements of this standard. Double test samples should be taken, and the retest results should all meet the requirements of this standard. 6.2 When any retest test fails, the test block and casting shall be re-heated and re-sampled for testing. Two re-heat treatments are allowed. There is no limit to the number of times of tempering.
