Bead head wave wire hairpin. Technical requirements 4.1 Dimension requirements The extreme deviation of product length L shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Length size Limit deviation Valve head distance (elasticity) End head distance (fatigue performance) 4.2 Use requirements 4.2.1 Elasticity Except for the hook type, the product shall return to its original state after the elasticity test. >60 4.2.2 Fatigue resistance Except for the hook type, after the fatigue performance test, there shall be no gap at the front contact point or surface of the product. 4.2.3 Clamping requirements There shall be no gap at the front contact point of the hairpin or the contact surface shall not be less than one-third of the length. 4.3 Corrosion resistance After the paint product has been subjected to the neutral salt spray test for 8 hours, the corrosion resistance level of its substrate shall not be lower than level 6; after the electroplating product has been subjected to the neutral salt spray test for 4 hours, the corrosion resistance level of its substrate shall not be lower than level 3. b. 4.4 Paint film firmness The paint film should be firm, and after the paint film firmness test, the paint film shall not peel or fall off. 4.5 Appearance requirements 4.5.1 The product shape should be correct. Except for the hook shape, the upper and lower leaves of the hairpin should overlap. 4.5.2 There should be no rust on the inside and outside of the hairpin. 4.5.3 The outer surface of the painted product should be bright in color, without paint stains, paint flow, wrinkles, exposed bottom, and no obvious scratches, bubbles, or pits. 4.5.4 The outer surface of the electroplated product should be bright and uniform in color, without bubbles or peeling. 4.5.5 The end of the hairpin should be smooth, and the burr of the cut should not be greater than 0.1mm. The size of the upper and lower leaves of the beaded hairpin should be basically uniform, and the bead should not be loose or have obvious exposed corners, bubbles, or pits. 5 Test method 5.1 Dimension measurement The length, end distance, and cut burr are measured with a vernier caliper. 5.2 Elasticity test According to the distance specified in Table 2, pull the two leaf ends apart by hand and open and close them 5 times continuously. 5.3 Anti-fatigue performance test According to the distance specified in Table 2, use a special tester to pull the two leaf ends apart for 1200 times continuously. 5.4 Corrosion resistance test Neutral salt spray test is tested according to GB5938 and evaluated according to GB5944 method. 5.5 Paint film firmness test Unfold the two leaves of the hairpin, bend the lower leaf on a metal rod with a diameter of d5mm, and the angle is greater than 180°. Use a fingernail to gently scrape the top of the bend - times. 5.6 Clamping requirements and appearance Carry out visual inspection under the illumination of 40W fluorescent lamp at a distance of 750mm. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, and the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products is used for inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and a normal inspection sampling plan shall be adopted. The inspection items, non-conforming classification, qualified quality level and inspection level are shown in Figure 3. Inspection items Clamping requirements Length Appearance requirements Technical requirements Test methods Non-conforming classification Various standards Industry information free download Qualified quality level (AQL) Inspection level IL QB/T 1814-1993 6.3.2 When the batch is determined to be qualified after the factory inspection, the delivery party shall replace the non-conforming products with qualified products before submission; when it is determined to be unqualified, the batch of products shall be reworked and sorted by the delivery party before it can be submitted for inspection again. 6.4 Type inspection 6.4.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a. Type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after the product is put into production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is discontinued for more than half a year and production is resumed; when the superior quality supervision agency or the competent unit proposes a requirement for type inspection; during normal production, it should be carried out once a year. Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using a single sampling plan with discrimination level. The samples are drawn from the qualified batches after the factory inspection. The inspection items, unqualified classification, unqualified quality level, judgment array and sample size are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Inspection items Clamping requirements Film firmness Length dimension Fatigue performance Corrosion resistance Corresponding chapters and clauses Technical requirements Test method 【Rejection quality level (RQL) Rejection classification Judgment array Judgment according to GB5944 Sample size n One time, and with the permission of the superior quality department, re-inspection can be carried out. If the product is judged as unqualified after type inspection, the following circumstances occur: When the test equipment failure or operating error affects the inspection result; When the inspected unit requests re-inspection; When the enterprise takes necessary technical measures. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The inner packaging shall be printed with the manufacturer's name, product name, model, trademark, and standard number. 7.1.2 The outer packaging box shall be printed with the manufacturer's name, product name, model, article number, trademark, quantity, gross weight, volume, date of manufacture, and standard number. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Inner packaging The inner packaging can be packed with cardboard, paper box or plastic bag. 7.2.2 Outer packaging Box packaging is divided into two types: paper box and wooden box. Both are moisture-proof and firmly wrapped. The product certificate shall be attached. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, it is strictly forbidden to expose to rain and moisture. Be careful when moving and do not mix with corrosive items. 7.4 Storage 7.4.1 The finished product warehouse should be ventilated and dry, with a relative humidity of less than 85%. The box should be at least 200mm from the ground. There should be no corrosive gas in the warehouse and it should not be stored in the open air.
