1 Subject content and scope of application
HG/T2433-93
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of portable glass liquid level gauges. This standard applies to the liquid level indication of sugar glass containers for chemical, petroleum and other industries with a nominal pressure in the container less than or equal to 0.6MPa and a medium temperature of 0C to 150℃.

3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 The structural types are divided into D type (non-insulated type) and W type (insulated type). 3.2 Basic parameters and main dimensions are as per the requirements of Figure 1, Table 1 and Table 2. 3.3 The flange sealing surface of the liquid level gauge is flat, the nominal pressure of the flange is PNO.6MPa, the nominal diameters are DN50 and DN65, and the connection dimensions are as per the relevant provisions of HGJ45 or HG/T2105 and HG/T2143. 3.4 Marking

Glass tube length| |tt||The straightness tolerance of the glass tube is less than or equal to 0.2% of the tube length. The roundness of the corrugated glass tube is less than or equal to 0.5mm.
The verticality tolerance of the wall and outer surface of the glass tube is less than or equal to 1mm. The nominal length of the liquid level gauge is greater than 1500mm. A fixed lug is added in the middle of the protective cover.4.5
Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed sugar glass surface is sealed with a flange cover and a soft gasket. Collisions must be avoided during handling and transportation.
5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instructions.5.4 The product should be stored indoors and is not allowed to be stacked in the open air. Additional instructions:

This standard was drafted by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Li Yijun, Bao Aiyuan and Ye Wenbang.
