Dael drill for farwoodwarking and fine woodworking. Pin holes (see Figure 8, Figure 9). 3.5.5 Woodworking core drill for waodworking! Feeding parts to make shallow holes (see Figure 13, Figure 14). 3.5.6 Wood hollow drill bits for repairing holes (see Figure 10). 3.5.7 Double drill bits for cutting each step and forming each groove (see Figure 18). This step drill bit is used for cutting each step. 3.5.8 Drilling a stepped hole in a relatively high-pitched wood (see Figure 1). 3.5.9 Reproducible drilling for woodworking by reciprocating motion on a workbench (see Figure 20). 3.6 Wire-jointed drill bits 3.6 Drill bits with a bladed head on the working part (Figure 5, Figure 9). 3.6.3 Drilling heads with pure cutting edge and working part without a cutting edge (see Figure 4). 3.6.4 Centering heads: Drilling heads with centering edge (see Figure 10). 4.1 Diameter (D) The size of the outer diameter of the drill tip (see Figure 3, Figure 10). 4.2 Overall length (L) Usually refers to the length from the start of the drill bit to the end of the handle measured in the direction parallel to the axis (see Figure 1, Figure 3, Figure 10). 4.3 Cutting tool parts directly involved in cutting, electric cutting blade (including the blade part), front and rear parts, 4.46 Cutting tool parts made on the drill bit, used to hold chips and screen (see Figure 1, Figure 5). 24.5 Cutting tool length (mm) flute length GB/T 14B97. 4-94 The length of the groove parallel to the axis (see Figure 1). 4.6 Cutting tool parts The part with the same shape as the tool at the end of the groove when the tool is withdrawn after the cutting process (see Figure 1). 4.8 Number of flutes (r) flute width (mm) The distance between two points on the plane of the straight axis 1. The distance between two points across the groove (see Figure 1). 4.8 Number of flutes () The location of the flutes constituting the average cutting edge:
is the intersection of the outer circle of the cutting head and the cutting edge (see Figure 1, Figure 3). 4.10 Edge back edge (tt||) To avoid friction between the outer surface of the cutting head and the other parts during cutting and the resulting image surface (see Figure 1). 4.11 Edge height (tt||) The height from the actual point to the back edge (see Figure 1). 4.12 Back edge (tt||) The reverse dimension designed to make the tool move backward and prevent damage to the lower surface. 4.13 Horizontal edge (tt||) edge
The intersection of two rear ends (see Figure 1):
join
The portion consisting of the drill bit, the rear end, the front end, and the centering or centering tip is collectively referred to as the drill tip (see Figure 3). 4.15
Core
The central portion of the drill bit that is located at the center of the drill (including the entire length). 4.6Core Width (W)webscknc9amm
The smallest dimension of the drill core measured in a plane perpendicular to the axis. The core width is measured at the end. 4.17Core Thickness (w,)weh taper
The dimension of the drill core that increases from the cutting edge to the center. Margin
The portion with an angle at the top and bottom.
Belt width mm
is the belt width perpendicular to the axis (see Figure 1) 4.20 Blade back Fel
The main structure and the blade back are formed by the intersection of the correction
refers to the sheet-like object fixed to the tool body, and it forms the movable part of the tool (see Figure 4. 22
# Length: shuankleugthm
The length of the shank parallel to the axis (see Figure 1) 4.23 Axis uxi

4.24 Grip (S) lead mm
The distance moved in the axial direction when crossing the axis of the tool (see Figure 1>. 4.25 Circumferential cutting edge angle
The cutting teeth on the periphery (Figure 3). 3
5 Angle parameters
5. Angle oirgk
F/T14897.4-94
Allowance: The maximum angle of the blade on the plane parallel to the working axis (see Figure 1), 5.2 (9 caisel edgeangle
Assume that the edge is the center of the horizontal and vertical forces (see Figure 12). 5.3 Edge:) telixle
The angle between the average line of a point on the cutting path and the straight line parallel to the lower axis (see Figure 1). 5.4 Rake angle (front angle) see GB/T 14897.1 6.1.2 *
5.5 Rake angle (front angle) see GR/T 14R97.1 A.1.1.
6 Precision and shape
6.1 Symmetry of the drill core WCb The difference between the length of the core and each groove on the vertical axis of the head (see 1). 6.2
The difference in height of each part when the drill is rotated (see 7) 6.3
The difference in the movement of the edge band when the shank is used as the reference: 7 Other requirements
7.1 When removing a workpiece from the drill, the head is rotated clockwise relative to the workpiece (counterclockwise when the drill tip is rotated).
7.2 Left-hand cutting When the drill is viewed from the end of the handle, the drill head rotates counterclockwise relative to the workpiece (clockwise when viewed from the drill tip).
7.3 Cutting depth teprn ul
