4.1 Construction conditions
4.1.1 The construction of the construction pipe section shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Oilfield Gathering and Transportation Pipeline Construction and Collection Specifications"
4.1.2 Tees, elbows, and valve groups shall not be used in the construction pipe section, and the diameter and thickness of the old steel pipe shall not be too large.
When the construction pipe section is welded, the curvature radius of the pipeline shall not be less than 4.1.3
The slope shall not be less than 10~

The length of the construction pipe section should not exceed 1km.
The ambient temperature during the mortar lining coating construction should not be lower than 5℃4.1.5
After the construction pipe section passes the pressure test, except for the two ends, the middle part can be completely returned. 4.1.6
4.2 Material preparation
4.2.1 The cement used for mortar lining should meet the following requirements4.2.1.1 Mortar lining should use silicate cement of No. 425 or above, which should be silicate cement, slag silicate cement or pozzolan silicate cement4.2.1.2 The technical indicators of cement should meet the relevant requirements of "Silica Cement, General Portland Cement" and "Mineral Portland Cement, Pozzolan Silica Brine Filtered and Pulverized Coal Dead Portland Cement".
4.2.1.3 During the transportation and storage of cement, attention should be paid to the attachment and waterproofing. 4.2.1.4 Cement should have a factory certificate and retest report. 4.2.2 The sanding of water-mixed mortar lining shall comply with the following 4.2.2.1. Natural fine sand should be used, and the content of harmful impurities should not be more than 3% of the total mass of sand. 4.2.2.2 The sand should have good gradation, and all sand particles should be able to pass through the 1.25mm square sieve hole. For the 0.315111m square sieve hole, the sieve residue should be 49%~60%; for the 0.16mm square sieve hole, the residue passing through the sieve hole should not exceed 5%. 4.2.2.3 The firmness of sand particles should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Quality Standards and Test Methods for General Concrete Sand".
4.2.3 Drinking water should be used for mixing cement mortar lining; if other water sources are used, the water quality should comply with the provisions of Table 4.2.3. Water quality of mixing water

4.3 Equipment and personnel organization
4.3.1 The equipment and instruments used in each process during the lining construction process can refer to the provisions of Appendix A of this standard.
4.3.2 The personnel organization during the lining construction process can refer to the provisions of Appendix B of this standard.
5 Pipe cleaning in construction sections
5.1 General provisions
51 For pipe cleaning in construction sections with a nominal diameter of less than 100m, pneumatic cleaning devices shall be used; for pipe cleaning in construction sections with a nominal diameter of 700111m and above, manual cleaning may be used. 5.2 Process flow chart
