JB/T7754--1995 This standard is formulated for the first time. The flat-gear circular and bolt-type double-row full-complement cylindrical roller bearings specified in this standard do not have this structure in the current international standards. The bearing structures specified in the international standards ISO6278-1980 "Roller and Needle Bearings Dimensions" and IS(7063-1982 "Roller and Needle Bearing Tolerances" are similar to those specified in this standard, except that the dimensions and tolerances of roller and needle bearings with needle rollers as rolling elements are used. This standard refers to ISO7063 in the auxiliary bearing tolerance part. "Code Method" and JB/T2974-93 "Rolling Bearing Codes The bearing codes in this standard are compiled according to GB/T272-93 "Supplementary Provisions for Rolling Bearing Methods", except that the post-codes of the structural changes are supplemented. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Rolling Bearing Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Luoyang Bearing Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Industry Bureau Yang Bearing Research Institute, Xiantao Bearing Factory. The seven drafters of this standard are: Xu Wenbao, Liu Jianzhi. 631 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Rolling Bearings Double-row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings JB/T 7754 This standard specifies the structural type, overall dimensions, technical requirements, measurement methods, inspection rules and markings, rust prevention, packaging, etc. of double-row full-complement cylindrical roller bearings (hereinafter referred to as roller bearings) with retaining rings and bolts. This standard is applicable to the production inspection and acceptance of finished roller bearings. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through their use in this standard.
