This standard is formulated for the first time. The flat-gear circular and bolt-type double-row full-complement cylindrical roller bearings specified in this standard do not have this structure in the current international standards. The bearing structures specified in the international standards ISO6278-1980 "Roller and Needle Bearings Dimensions" and IS(7063-1982 "Roller and Needle Bearing Tolerances" are similar to those specified in this standard, except that the dimensions and tolerances of roller and needle bearings with needle rollers as rolling elements are used. The roller bearing is made of GCr15 steel or G20CrMo and its carburized bearing steel. When GCr15 steel is used, the surface hardness of the inner and outer rings and retaining rings is 58~~62HRC. When G20CrMo and other carburized bearing steels are used, surface carburizing heat treatment is required, and the surface hardness is 58~62HRC, and the core hardness is 35~40HRC; the effective depth of the surface carburized layer is 1.3~1.9mm for the outer ring, and 1.0~1.6mm for the raceway surface and guide rib of the bolt.

6.2 The measurement of roller bearing surface roughness shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7051. 6.3 The measurement of roller bearing radial clearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3573. 6.4 The inspection of roller bearing parts hardness and heat treatment quality shall comply with the provisions of JB1255. The inspection of carburized layer depth and quality of carburized parts shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ36001.
6.5 The appearance inspection of roller bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB307.3. 6.6 The determination of residual magnetic extreme value shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6641. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 The finished roller bearings shall be inspected by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and a quality certificate shall be attached after passing the inspection. 7.2 Sampling and determination of bearing inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ11020 Class A rolling bearing finished products. 8 Marking, rust prevention and packaging
8.1 Labeling
In order to facilitate the identification of bearings, each set of bearings shall be marked with permanent marks such as bearing code and manufacturer code. The position, marking method and requirements of the marking shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3574.
8.2 Rust prevention and packaging
