3.1 This standard is based on the needs of current personnel management work, combined with existing national standards and specifications, to determine the index system for the use of national personnel management information.
3.2 This standard divides the index system into two categories: personal information and unit information according to management functions and objects. The description of some alternating index items in the two categories is not repeated.
4 Index item classification and coding method
This standard adopts linear classification method to divide into three levels: human category, medium category and small category. The code length is a five-digit alphanumeric mixed code. The code structure is shown in the figure:
