ICS25.010 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T9169.4-1998 Guide for technological management-Design of manufacturing plan Published on November 16, 1998 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on December 1, 1998 JB/T9169.41998 This standard is a revision of JB/Z338.1~338.1488 "Guide for technological management". Only editorial revisions were made during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/Z338.1~338.1488 from the date of implementation. All appendices to this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Mechanical Science Research Institute The main drafters of this standard: Ma Xianzhi, Li Qin, Shi Junwei, Wu Cheng, Du Shanyi. 1 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Guide for technological management Design of manufacturing planwwW.bzxz.Net Guide for technological management-Design of manufacturing plan JB/T9169.4-1998 Replaces JB/Z338.488 This standard specifies the basis for designing manufacturing plan, the classification, content and design of manufacturing plan, and the approval procedures. This standard applies to the design of manufacturing plan for electromechanical products. 2 Principles of manufacturing plan design 2.1 The product manufacturing plan is the basis for guiding the preparation of product process. Except for simple products produced in single pieces or small batches, all products should have manufacturing plans. 2.2 The manufacturing plan should fully consider the production cycle, cost and environmental protection while ensuring product quality. 2.3 According to the capabilities of the enterprise, actively adopt advanced process technologies and equipment at home and abroad to continuously improve the enterprise's process level. 3 Basis for designing process plans a) Product drawings and relevant technical documents; b) Product production outline: c) Product production nature and type; d) Existing production conditions of the enterprise: e) Process technology information of similar products at home and abroad; f)) Relevant technical policies; 9) Requirements of relevant technical leaders of the enterprise for the process work of the product and opinions of relevant departments and workshops. 4 Classification of process plans 4.1 Process plan for trial production of new product prototypes The process plan for trial production of new product prototypes (including product finalization, the same below) should be based on the evaluation of the processability of the product structure, and propose various process technology preparations required for trial production of prototypes. 4.2 Process plan for small batch trial production of new products The process plan for small batch trial production of new products should be based on the summary of the prototype trial production work, and propose various process technology preparations required before batch testing. 4.3 Batch production process plan Batch production process plan should be based on the summary of small batch trial production, and put forward opinions and suggestions on further improvement and perfection of process, tooling and production organization measures before batch production. 4.4 Improvement process plan for old products The improvement process plan for old products mainly puts forward process organization measures after the improved design of old products. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 16, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998 Contents of the process plan 5.1 Contents of the process plan for trial production of new product prototypes JB/T9169.4-1998 a) Evaluation of the processability of the product structure and a rough estimate of the process workload; b) Propose preliminary opinions on the division of self-made parts and outsourced parts; c) Propose opinions on the purchase, design and modification of necessary special equipment; d) Propose opinions on the design and manufacture of necessary special process equipment; e) Opinions on the design of process procedures for key components; f) Opinions on testing of new materials and new processes; g) Estimates of major materials and working hours. 5.2 Contents of process plan for small batch trial production of new productsa) Summary of process work in prototype trial production stage;b) Adjustment suggestions for self-made parts and outsourced parts;c) Adjustment suggestions for process route of self-made parts;d) Propose all process documents and requirements to be designed;e) Propose process methods for main casting and forging parts;Design suggestions for special process equipment; g) Design or purchase suggestions for special equipment;h) Requirements for special parts or raw materials;i) Verification requirements for processes and tooling; i) Suggestions on arranging manufacturing cycle or production rhythm for relevant key process parts;k) Other contents required according to product complexity and technical requirements. Main contents of batch production process plan a) Summary of process and tooling verification in the small batch trial production stage: b) Opinions on quality measures for key process parts and setting of quality control points for key processes: C) Opinions on further modification and improvement of process documents and process equipment; d) Opinions on the design and manufacture of special equipment or production automatic lines: e) Opinions on the adoption of new materials and new processes: f) Suggestions on the arrangement of production rhythm and production methods: g) Opinions on adjustment of assembly plan and workshop layout. 5.4 Contents of process plan for old product improvement The contents of process plan for old product improvement can refer to the relevant process plan for new products. 6 Process plan design and approval procedures 6.1 The product process plan should be proposed by the product supervisor according to the various materials specified in Chapter 5 of this standard. 6.2 Organize discussion to determine the best plan, and review it by the head of the process department. 6.3 After review, submit it to the chief process engineer or chief engineer for approval. 6.4 Numbering, tracing and archiving.
