5.1.1 Mobile ground station should comply with This standard requires manufacturing in strict accordance with drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The equipment equipped with the mobile ground station must meet the preparation and transportation requirements of the various component materials required for mixed emulsion explosives, heavy ammonium fuel oil explosives and porous granular ammonium fuel oil fuel explosives.
5.1.3 Parts in contact with corrosive media should use corresponding anti-corrosion materials. 5.1.4 The water, steam, and oil pipelines and components of the equipment must not have defects such as water leakage, steam leakage, and oil leakage. 5.1.5 The electrical switches and buttons of the equipment should be flexible and reliable. 5.2 Working conditions
5.2.1 The ambient temperature suitable for the mobile ground station is -40~+40℃. 5.2.2 The working site of the mobile ground station should be leveled and compacted, with a sandstone or cement concrete structure on the surface, and a compressive strength of not less than 90kPa. 5.2.3 The temperature of the aqueous solution must be 10~15°C higher than the crystallization point. 5.3 The main equipment of the power vehicle includes generators, boilers and surface water purification devices. 5.3.1 The generator should be selected according to GB/T2820, and the power should not be less than 50kW. 5.3.2 The power distribution panel should meet the dual requirements of generator power supply and grid power supply. 5.3.3 The thermal power of the boiler should not be less than 372kW. 5.3.4 Power vehicles should be equipped with water storage tanks. When using surface water as a water source, a water treatment device should be installed, and the purified water quality should comply with the regulations of GB57493

5.6 The mobile ground station should be equipped with a laboratory. The equipment and instruments configured in the laboratory must meet the inspection and process quality inspection of each component of the explosive prepared by the mobile ground station.
5.7 Health, safety and environmental protection
5.7.1 Station area planning and internal and external distances should comply with the Class A fire protection regulations in CBJ16. 5.7.2 Both raw material preparation vehicles and power vehicles should be equipped with sewage collection tanks, and the sewage should be treated, oil separated and precipitated. 5.7.3 A dust removal device should be installed in the ammonium nitrate crushing room, and an exhaust fan should be installed in each workroom. 5.7.4 Lightning protection should comply with the requirements of Class II lightning protection in GB50057. 5.7.5 Electrical devices should comply with the requirements of GB50058 fire hazard environment. 5.7.6 Mobile ground stations should formulate corresponding safety production and operating procedures. 5.8 The appearance requirements should comply with the provisions of 4.11 of JB8433-1996, and the test method
of the mobile ground station should comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of JB8433--1996. 7 Inspection rules

9.1 The packaging of the product should comply with the regulations of GB/T13384. 9.2 Technical documents that come with the product:

9.3 The technical documents of the random product should be placed in a special plastic bag and placed in a packaging box marked "Documents are in this box". 9.4 Products must meet the requirements for land and water transportation. 9.5 When transporting, hoisting (unloading) the product, it shall not be damaged. 9.6 When storing products, they should be placed in a flat place, and effective anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-freeze measures should be taken.
