In the good slurry after separation that meets the process requirements, no light flaky impurities exceeding 4mm2 and heavy impurities with a particle size greater than @2.5mm are allowed to remain. 4.2.4 The automatic discharge valve for light impurities shall work sensitively and reliably, with the correct discharge time and convenient adjustment; the discharge of heavy impurities shall be easy to operate, reliable in slag discharge, and not blocked. 4.3 Assembly requirements 4.3.1 The pulley and the belt pulley shall be calibrated for static balance, and the static balance shall comply with the G6.3 level accuracy specified in GB9239. 4.3.2 The water pressure test of the tank during rest and water storage operation shall be carried out after the assembly inspection is qualified. The operation time shall not be less than 2h, the test pressure shall be 0.5MPa, and after maintaining the pressure for 15min, check that there shall be no leakage and deformation in the tank body and the sealing surface groove. 4.3.3 Assembly accuracy a) The amount of interaxial movement of the main shaft bearing is 0.0010~0.0017 times the inner diameter of the bearing: b) The gap between the impeller end face and the screen plate ranges from 1mm to 20mm, which can be adjusted arbitrarily and the indication is accurate; c) The gap between the impeller end face and the screen plate shall be consistent, and the variation shall not exceed 1mm. 4.4 Overall performance 4.4.1 The separator runs smoothly, works normally, has no vibration, and the noise (sound pressure level) of water storage operation does not exceed 85dB (A). 4.4.2 The bearing temperature rise shall not be higher than 30℃ after the separator runs for 2h. 4.4.3 The joints of the separator shall be well sealed and there shall be no leakage. 4.5 Electrical safety requirements 4.5.1 The insulation resistance between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit of the separator shall not be less than 1M0. 4.5.2 The power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit of the separator shall be able to withstand a frequency of 50Hz, 1000V sinusoidal AC current for 1s, and there shall be no insulation breakdown, surface flickering, leakage and other phenomena. 4.6 Appearance requirements 4.6.1 The exposed surface shall be flat and smooth, and there shall be no obvious misalignment between the edges of adjacent assembly parts. 4.6.2 The quality of the paint coating shall comply with the relevant requirements of QB/T1588.4. 4.6.3 The weld seams of the exposed welded parts shall be polished and smooth, and no welding slag or burrs are allowed. 2 5 Test methods 5.1 Separator performance test QB/T 1419-99 Take samples of the good slurry after separation, and manually separate the light and heavy impurities remaining in it for determination. 5.2 Determination of debonding rate Use 10-pass flat screen to filter the samples of raw pulp and good pulp respectively, determine the weight of the filtered pulp pieces, and then calculate the debonding rate and improvement value according to formula (1) and (2). Debonding rate = sample weight = screened pulp piece weight × 100% sample weight Debonding rate improvement - good pulp debonding rate - raw pulp debonding rate 5.3 Determination of noise It is carried out after the water pressure test of the separator tank body. The tank body is recommended to be filled with clean water. After the machine is started, the precision sound level meter is placed at the center height of the separator. Four points are measured on the vertical and horizontal center axes 1 meter away from the center line of the separator, and the larger value is taken. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.1. 5.4 Determination of rail bearing leakage After idling for 2 hours, use an ordinary point thermometer to measure on the outer surface of the bearing. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.2. 5.5 Static balance test is carried out on the guide rail static balance frame, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.1. 5.6 Tank water test is carried out on the test platform after the assembly inspection is qualified, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.2. 5.7 When a 500V megohmmeter is used to apply 500Vd.c between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit, the measurement and inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.1, and the withstand voltage tester shall be used to check the provisions of 4.5.2. 5.8 Assembly accuracy test is carried out on the test platform: the test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.3. 6 Inspection rules bzxz.net 6.1 The separator can only leave the factory after passing the manufacturing quality inspection and accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2 Separation inspection is divided into strict inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection Each separator shall be subject to factory inspection: the factory inspection shall include the contents of 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6, and the inspection results shall comply with the regulations. 6.4 Type inspection 6.4.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when one of the following conditions occurs: a) When a new product is produced and trial-produced: b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and technology, which may affect product performance; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.4.2 The type inspection items are all the technical requirements specified in this standard. 6.4.3 The sample for type I inspection shall be randomly selected from the products in the manufacturer's inventory or the products that have been used by the user for less than one year. If the inspection fails, the product shall be re-inspected after adjustment. If it still fails within a certain period, the batch of products shall be considered unqualified. 7 Marking 7.1 The separator shall be fixed with product labels in obvious positions. The label type, size and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T133063 . The label content shall include: a) product model and name; b) manufacturer name; c) main technical parameters; |) product number and manufacturing date. OB/T 1419--99 7.2 The diagrammatic labeling of tray storage and transportation shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 8.1 Packaging KAONiKAca The packaging of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of QBT1588.5, and the accompanying documents shall be complete and accurate. The documents shall include: a) Product certificate (the adopted standard number shall be indicated); b) Product instruction manual; and b) Packing list. 8.2 Transportation Transportation shall comply with the relevant provisions of the transportation department's document requirements. 8.3 Storage The product shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place.
