3.2.1 Codes and descriptions of environmental conditions:
3.2.1.1 Types of environmental conditions include: Climate conditions6/W3. If some products are not suitable for use under certain conditions, the environmental conditions are not listed in Appendix III. Environmental conditions not listed in this standard shall meet the requirements of basic products. 3.2.5.2 If the environmental condition levels in 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 cannot meet the actual use requirements, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate and determine whether to adopt other levels specified in GB4798.3 or GB4798.4. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 All products used under the environmental conditions specified in this standard shall meet the requirements of this standard. Products not specified in this standard shall meet the relevant standard specifications of the product.
4.2 Products used in dry and tropical areas: Due to the high ambient temperature, the insulation level should be Class B or F. When selecting capacity, an appropriate margin should be left, or the capacity should be reduced during high temperature seasons. 4.3 Electrical components with thermal protection devices shall be equipped with humidity compensation mechanisms, and the total temperature compensation range is 3C15. If the temperature compensation device is used, it should be considered according to the ambient temperature of 50C. 4.4 The air conditioner used in the dry and tropical areas should be type 1 air conditioner, which should ensure normal operation under higher ambient temperature. 4.5 The temperature difference in tropical areas is large, so the material selection and structural design should meet the requirements of convenience. The materials used should consider the aging effect caused by solar radiation.
4.6 The relative humidity in tropical areas is 50% all year round, or even below 20%. The products and selected materials must meet the requirements of working under low humidity conditions.
4.7 The shell protection level of the bearings and wiring of the generator used in the desert should not be lower than IP51. The whole machine product should adopt the structure with shell protection level of IP54. When the structure with lower than IP54 is adopted, the cooling air entering the motor should have good dust filtering measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
4.8 The motors and other air devices used in foreign countries should take simple sun protection measures to reduce the direct impact of solar radiation. The bearings and the housing of the junction box of the DC motor used outdoors should be sealed or pressurized to reduce the harm of sand and dust. 4.9 A large number of field rooms are used in the process of sand drilling, especially the electrical control cabinet (including the S-type control system). The cabinet should be well sealed and equipped with a temperature control system so that it will not be too cold in winter and can be controlled below 29°C in summer. 4.
GB/T74093.5--1997
4.11 The outer structure of the movable field drill should have sufficient strength, and the outer shell should have an oil layer and protective layer with good adhesion. The color of the paint layer should be lighter to reduce the influence of solar radiation. 4.12 In dry and hot desert areas, especially in sand drilling, the cables used should be heavy-duty rubber cables that are weather-resistant, oil-resistant, cold-resistant, soft and can withstand large mechanical external forces.
4.13 The relay should meet the requirements for use under higher ambient temperatures, and sufficient quantity should be reserved during selection and calculation. 4.14 In hot and dry areas, the surface temperature can reach 70°C in summer. Cables should not be placed directly on the sandy surface, but should be placed on cable trays with better protection performance. The cable of the drilling rig should be connected through the field barracks, and the requirements of relatively complex relocation and ladder frame folding and relocation should be considered. 4.15 The conditions for transportation in the desert are harsh, and the packaging must be firm. If necessary, anti-crashing and anti-tilting measures should be taken. 4.16 The gas equipment used in the dangerous area of drilling should meet the corresponding explosion-proof grade requirements. 5 Test methods
5.1 General requirements
After the basic performance test of mechanical products used in tropical areas is qualified, the corresponding environmental test items shall be selected according to the sensitivity of various products to the influence of thermal environmental factors, and the products shall be subjected to artificial simulated environmental tests. The environmental test items to be carried out and the test severity level shall be specified by the product standards according to the product's use environment conditions, operation requirements, etc. The test contents of products, materials or parts after the test are shown in the appendix ((suggested appendix)).

6 Inspection rules
GB/T 14093.51997
6.1 Artificial simulation environment test can be used as a type test for dry heat products. The assessment standard of the product after environmental testing shall be specified by the product standard.
6.2 The artificial simulated environment test allows the selection of representative products from the series of products with the same structure, material and process for testing. If the test is qualified, the products with the same structure, material and process are considered qualified: 6.3 When the artificial simulated environment test is conducted on one person or medium-sized products and the whole machine is not required to be conducted, product parts or simulated parts are allowed to be tested. The specific requirements can be specified in professional standards. 6.4 When the test product is sent for test or the parts and simulated parts are used instead of the finished product for artificial simulated environment test, the number of parts shall not exceed the product standard, but for smaller products or parts, it is generally specified to be 2-3 pieces. 6.5 After the environmental test, the materials, parts or products shall be inspected for the main performance affected, and the inspection items shall be specified by the product standards.
6.6 Products or parts that have passed the artificial simulated environment test can still be shipped as products after repair. Marking, packaging and storage
7.1 The expansion type of heat-resistant mechanical products should be marked in the product model, that is, the environmental code "TA\ or \TS\" should be added after the product model. 7.21 Products used in hot desert areas have poor road transportation conditions and must be packed. Please refer to GB7350 and GB8166 for relevant packaging requirements. The severity level of the environmental parameters of the product transportation environment should be determined according to GB4798.2. 7.3 The product should be stored in a ventilated place without corrosive gases. If stored in the open air, avoid direct sunlight and sandstorms. The storage environment conditions of the product should be determined according to GB4798.1 to determine the severity level of the environmental parameters, GB/1 14093.5—1997
Record A
(Appendix of the author)
Key points of environmental protection technology for mechanical products used in dry and hot environmentsA1 To reduce the impact of high temperature and dust on electrical equipment, in the vicinity of deserts, especially in desert drilling equipment, control switches, instruments, relays, contactors, etc. should be placed in well-sealed rooms or control cabinets. Cooling should be adopted in summer, and heating should be adopted in winter to keep the indoor temperature within the range of 1n℃0FC as much as possible.
A2 Dust filters must be installed at the ventilation and cooling inlet of the engine, because the dust in the high places The volume is small, and the air vent should be installed at a higher position as much as possible:
A3 The area around the solid control system of the drilling operation in the hot desert is an operating dangerous area: there may be explosive and flammable gases, so the electrical equipment selected in this area should be explosion-proof. A41 The sun's radiation in hot areas is strong, paint is easy to crack, plastic is easy to age and deform. When using equipment in outdoor places, take some simple shading measures as much as possible to avoid causing a high temperature rise and damage to the equipment. A5 Sand and wind are the biggest hazards in dry and hot deserts. The sand and dust in the Taklimakan Desert are extremely fine, and the equipment must have good sealing. Even if it cannot be sealed, Enclosed areas should also be fenced off, and groundwater should be blocked near the work area to reduce the flying of sand and dust, which can also reduce the impact of sand and dust:
A6 In dry and hot areas, the temperature difference between night and day can reach 30~-40C, which can cause condensation inside some equipment. Intermittent working equipment should consider the discharge of condensation accumulation.
A Our hot areas are located in high latitudes, and the lowest temperature in winter can reach 30C. Therefore, the selection of materials and machines powered by internal combustion engines should consider the impact of low humidity.
A81 In hot areas, there is very little rainfall, and the annual relative humidity is below 50%. Summer sets are longer At about 20%, the air is very dry, wood materials are easy to crack and paint layer is easy to crack, nitro topcoat materials are suitable, Appendix B
