Some standard content:
Shipbuilding Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T 3243.1~3243.6—1995 Management of Ship Product Drawings and Technical Documents Published on December 19, 1995 Published by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Implemented on August 1, 1996 CB/T 3243.4--1995 In the nearly ten years since the implementation of the original CB3243.4-85, the modification requirements for ship product drawings and technical documents stipulated in it have played a good role in ensuring the correctness and rationality of the drawings and technical documents compiled in the design and production process of ship industry products, and provided a standardized and effective solution to the technical problems arising in the design and production. However, with the rapid development of shipbuilding technology and the continuous advancement of the work of adopting international standards and advanced foreign standards, the scope of standardization work has been further broadened, and new requirements have been put forward for the writing quality of standard texts, the composition of standards and the expression of technical content. Part of the original standard can no longer meet the needs of ship product design and production. In the process of cleaning up and rectifying the current standards of the shipbuilding industry in 1992, the final technical conclusion opinion on revising the original CB'3243.4-85 was put forward. The major changes in the technical content of this revision are the addition of chapters such as "reference standards" and "principles for modifying drawings and technical documents", which clarify the modification authority of drawings and technical documents. CB/T3243 includes six independent parts under the general title of "Management of Ship Product Drawings and Technical Documents": Part 1 (CB/T3243.1): Terminology Part 2 (CB/T3243.2): Basic requirements Part 3 (CB/T3243.3): Basic format Part 4 (CB/T3243.4): Modification provisions Part 5 (CB/T3243.5): Completeness Part 6 (CB/T3243.6): Standardization inspection This standard is Part 4 (CB/T3243.4): Modification provisions. This standard will be implemented on August 1, 1996 and will replace CB*3243.4-85. This standard was proposed by the Ship Foundation Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Ships. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The drafting unit of this standard: Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The main drafter of this standard is Yan Xueyan. This standard was first issued in 1985, and this is the first revision. 26 1 Scope Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Management of Ship Product Drawings and Technical Documents Part 4: Modification Provisions CB/T3243.4—1995 Classification Number: U01 Replacement: CB*3243.4--85 This standard specifies the modification principles, authority, preparation and requirements of modification notices, modification of photocopies, and modification of base maps for ship product drawings and technical documents. This standard is applicable to the modification of ship product drawings and technical documents, and the modification of other product drawings and technical documents can also be implemented by reference. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. CB/T3243.3-1995 Management of drawings and technical documents of marine products Part 3: Basic format 3 Principles for modification of drawings and technical documents 3.1 The modification content of drawings and technical documents shall not violate the provisions of relevant standards and specifications. The modified drawings and technical documents shall be correct, complete, unified and clear. 3.2 If obvious errors are found in the drawings and technical documents of single units (pieces) and one-time production and prototype trial production during production, the designer is allowed to modify the copy drawings on site, make records, and then make up the modification notice. 3.3 The modification of drawings and technical documents must be signed. If necessary, the approval procedures should be handled with the ship inspection department, and the original drawings and technical documents before the modification should be checked. 4 Authority for modification of drawings and technical documents 4.1 The modification authority of drawings and technical documents designed by oneself belongs to the design department of the unit. 4.2 The right to modify drawings and technical documents of jointly designed products, technology-imported products, technology-transferred products, and products with clear provisions from superiors shall be handled in accordance with the contract or the provisions of the competent department. 4.3 The right to modify drawings and technical documents provided by external units shall be handled in accordance with the contract or agreement. If the contract or agreement does not stipulate, the right to modify belongs to the original design department. 5 Preparation and requirements of modification notice 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The preparation of modification notices can adopt the one-drawing-one-single system (i.e., one modification notice for one drawing number) or the multiple-drawing-one-single system (i.e., one modification notice for two or more drawing numbers). 5.1.2 When the multiple-drawing-one-single system is adopted, all the modified drawing numbers must be listed on the first page first, and then the modified contents of each drawing number must be listed in sequence, and the modification marks must be indicated accordingly. Approved by China State Shipbuilding Corporation on December 19, 1995, and implemented on August 1, 1996 CB/T3243.4—1995 5.1.3 The format of the first page of the modification notice shall comply with the provisions of Format 1 and Format 2, and the format of the inner pages shall comply with the provisions of Format 5 and Format 11 in CB/T3243.3. 5.1.4 The description of the modification content shall be specific, clear and concise, and the situation before and after the modification shall be listed as needed, and a drawing shall be used to represent it when necessary. 5.1.5 The modification mark shall be represented by a circle or a triangle, with Latin letters filled in the circle and Arabic numerals filled in the triangle. Such as: ….…Example: The number of modifications shall be accumulated for the same modification mark on each page of the drawing, and accumulated for the entire technical document. 5.1.6 When filling in the modification reason or modification basis in the "Reason for Modification" column, it shall be brief, clear and reliable. 5.2 Numbering of modification notice 5.2.1 The modification notice shall be numbered, and its original or copy shall be filed for future reference. 5.2.2 The numbering of modification notices for special drawings and technical documents generally consists of the modification notice code, product code, professional code and sequence number, and its structure is as follows: Sequence number Professional code Product code Modification notice code 5.2.3 The numbering of modification notices for general drawings and technical documents consists of the modification notice code, general drawing number and sequence number. Its structure is as follows: XXX=XX/X Sequence number General drawing number or general drawing classification number Modification notice code 5.2.4 The numbering of modification notices for standard construction drawings and technical documents consists of the modification notice code, standard number and sequence number. Its structure is as follows: XXX-Xx/x Sequence number (sequence number of modification notice in this standard) Standard number Modification notice code Note: The modification notice number can be changed according to the situation of the unit. 28 6 Modification of photocopied drawings and technical documents CB/T3243.4-1995 6.1 Photocopied drawings and technical documents should be modified in black or blue-black ink. The numbers, words, symbols or graphics to be modified should be crossed out with a thin straight line (the deleted parts should be clearly visible), and the new modified content should be noted nearby. If there is not enough space, it can be marked out, and the modification mark should be marked near the modification. 6.2 If a complex section is added or a large local figure needs to be modified in the view, it is allowed to print a small piece of photocopied drawing and paste it on the modified part (the modified part should be crossed out before pasting to prevent the small figure from falling off and causing errors), and mark it with a modification mark. All archival photocopies shall be crossed out and not pasted. The traces before the modification shall be retained for easy checking. 6.3 After the modification is completed, the modification mark, modification notice number and modification quantity, the modifier's signature and the modification date shall be filled in the modification area of the title bar. Modification of base map Modification of base map shall be carried out in the following way: Based on the modification notice, the incorrect lines, numbers, words or symbols on the base map shall be crossed out and the correct ones shall be drawn; a) If the drawings and technical documents are unclear due to the crossing out, the scraping or washing method can be used; c) Whenever the entire view is cancelled, a thin straight line shall be marked on the cancelled drawing; the modification mark shall be marked near the modified part; d) Fill in the modification area in the title bar, and the content shall be the same as 6.3; e) If the base map is damaged and can no longer be used after multiple uses and modifications, it is necessary to redraw the base map. However, its code cannot be changed. The old base map should have a clear invalidation mark and should be archived for future reference. 29 (Unit name) Sending unit Modification source CB/T3243.41995 Technical nature Modification notice Issuing date (Backup)Www.bzxZ.net Implement in production Format 1 Modification notice cover CB/T3243.4—1995 (Unit name) Reason for modification Technical documents Modification notice Format 2 Modification notice cover Modification sheet (Backup) Implement in production Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
