This standard is a revision of CB/T19-1999 "Manhole covers for ship". CB/T19-1999 is based on the notice of the Standardization Department of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on the abolition of professional standards and the national standards that should be converted after the cleanup and the notification of the former Ship Corporation TOEFL on the adjustment of ship branch standards and relevant national standards to the lighting industry standard. In June 1999, it was adjusted from GB 11628-89. This revision adopts ISO/DIS5894:1998 "Manhole with screw fixed cover plate for ship and offshore technology". The main technical differences between this standard and ISO standard are: ISO The standard only stipulates technical parameters and technical requirements. This standard is revised according to the requirements of my country's product standards.
The main technical differences between this standard and CB/T19-1999 are as follows! Cancel the C type (round manhole cover) in the original standard and add a fastener connection type;
Cancel the two specifications of 500×400 and 600×450 in the original standard: add two specifications of oblong 800×600 and long round 800×100. This standard replaces CB/T19-1999 from the month of implementation. This standard is proposed by the National Ship Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is the responsibility of China Shipbuilding (Jihe) Co., Ltd. The responsible person for this standard is: Shangzhi Ship, and the main initiators are: Chen Beijian, Fang Monan, and Mi Lihu. This standard was first issued in December 1964, the first version was revised in October 1974, and the second revision was made in September 1989 and became the user standard. This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of marine manhole covers (hereinafter referred to as manhole covers).
