Random accessories and tools The machine tool should be equipped with accessories and tools that ensure basic performance and be supplied randomly. Special accessories and tools that expand the performance of the machine tool should be supplied according to the user's requirements and agreement. 5 Safety and Health 5.1 The safety protection of the machine tool shall comply with the provisions of GB15760. 5.2 The noise of machine tools shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. Under the condition of no-load operation, the sound pressure level of machine tool noise shall not exceed 83dB (A). 6 Processing and assembly quality 6.1 The quality of machine tool castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3997. The important castings of machine tools (bed base, headstock box) must be aged after rough processing. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T3317.2—1999 6.2 The main longitudinal and transverse moving guide rails of machine tools must adopt wear-resistant measures such as surface quenching or the use of high-wear-resistant materials and steel guide rails. 6.3 The following joint surfaces shall be inspected as required for particularly important fixed joint surfaces: a) Joint surface between the spindle box and the bed; b) Fixed joint surface between the slides; c) Joint surface between the tool holder base (movable) and the bed. 6.4 The following joint surfaces shall be inspected as required for important fixed joint surfaces: a) Joint surface between the oil cylinder support; b) Joint surface between the base and the bed; c) Joint surface between the tailstock and the tailstock body base and the bed; d) Joint surface of the steel guide rail. 6.5 The internal cleanliness of the spindle box shall be inspected (randomly checked) by the weight method specified in JB/T9877, and its impurities and dirt shall not exceed the requirements of Table 1. Other parts shall be inspected by visual inspection and hand feel. The tool rest shall be inspected for repeated positioning accuracy for 5 times, and the maximum difference shall not exceed the following provisions: 7.2 Longitudinal, 0.02mm: Horizontal, 0.01mm. Load test of machine tools The load test specifications of machine tools shall be carried out in accordance with the design requirements. During the test, all mechanisms of the machine tools shall work normally. Torque test of the main transmission system of the machine tools: a) Maximum torque test of the main transmission system of the machine tools;>200 JB/T3317.2—1999 b) Test of the machine tool exceeding the maximum torque by 25% for a short time. Cutting resistance test of machine tools: a) Test of the maximum cutting resistance of machine tools: b) Test of the machine tool exceeding the maximum cutting resistance by 25% for a short time. Note: Maximum torque and maximum cutting resistance refer to the maximum values specified in the design. 8.4 For machine tools produced in batches, it is allowed to test at 2/3 of the maximum torque and 2/3 of the maximum cutting resistance, but the maximum torque, maximum cutting resistance and short-term exceeding 25% of the maximum torque and short-term exceeding 25% of the maximum cutting resistance should be regularly inspected. 8.5 The test of the main transmission system of the machine tool reaching the maximum power (spot check). 9 Machine tool precision inspection The precision inspection of the machine tool shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T3317.1. 9.2 Gl, G10, P1, P2, P3 should be inspected when the machine tool reaches the medium speed stable temperature.
