3.3.3 After the roller body is cast, the mechanical property test shall be carried out and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2100 or GB/T1176. 3.3.4 The vacuum box should be tested for water filling and maintained for 1 hour without leakage. 3.3.5 The roundness of the roller surface should not be less than grade 7, and the cylindricity should not be less than grade 8 (except for rollers with medium height). Note: For roundness greater than 500mm, the cylindricity tolerance value is shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 3.4 Assembly quality requirements
3.4.1 The runout of the vacuum roller surface against the second bearing stop circle should not be less than grade 9. 3.4.2 The inner strip of the vacuum roller and the inner wall of the roller should fit tightly, and the width adjustment mechanism should be flexible and free of obstruction. 3.4.3 The angle adjustment of the vacuum box should be light, flexible and free of obstruction. 3.5 Appearance quality
3.5.1 The appearance surface should be flat and smooth, and the outer edges of the joints of adjacent parts should not have obvious misalignment. 3.5.2 The painting requirements for the product appearance should comply with the provisions of QB/T842.7 when there are no special requirements from the user. 4 Test method
4.1 The processing quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.3. Generally, the quality records can be checked. 4.2 The opening rate is measured and calculated at three random places on the roller surface according to the area of 100mm×100mm. 4.3 The surface roughness is checked by sample block comparison or profilometer. 4.4 The roundness and cylindricity are tested by the two-point method, and the radial runout of the roller surface is tested by a dial indicator on the machine tool. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each product shall be shipped after passing the inspection of the manufacturer, and the product shall be accompanied by documents proving its qualification when it leaves the factory. 5.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.1 Factory inspection
a. The quality inspection of main parts shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.3; b. The assembly quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.4; c. The appearance quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.5. 5.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out during the trial production and appraisal of new products or when the national quality supervision agency makes a request. Product type inspection shall be carried out at the user's factory and the paper machine at the same time, and its performance requirements shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.2. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 When the product leaves the factory alone, a product label shall be fixed in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. The label shall indicate:
Product name;
Diameter × width,
Suction width,
Weight;
Factory date;
