4.4 Heat treatment
4.4.1 The punch die should be heat treated as a whole and the hardness should be uniform. The hardness of the punch is 55HRC~60HRC and the hardness of the middle die is 61HRC~65HRG. 4.4.2 There should be no defects such as cracks after heat treatment of the die. 4.5 Surface roughness
The surface roughness of the punch die should comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T1301. 4.6 Appearance
4.6.1 Requirements for the sheet surface: The surface roughness Ra value of the sheet surface shall not be greater than 0.1um, there shall be no oxidation spots or silk marks in the center of the sheet surface, and there shall be no burrs or gaps at the mouth of the sheet , cracks and other defects, the edge thickness of the sheet should be uniform, and the text, symbols and engravings on the sheet should be clear, smooth, and consistent in depth.
4.6.2 Markings should be evenly marked and clear.
5 Test methods
5.1 Use a dial indicator to check the diameter of the punch, and use a semicircle or template to check the R value of the sheet surface. 5.2 The material selected for the die should be in accordance with the provisions of 4.1. 5.3 The dimensional accuracy, sheet surface tolerance, shape and position tolerance level of the processed punch die should be in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 2 and Table 3, using an outer diameter micrometer, dial indicator, special template, and mandrel. and V-shaped blocks for testing. 5.4 The limit deviations of general tolerances, geometric tolerances, and angles not noted on the drawings that are not dimensioned are detected using stop gauges, compasses, and templates.

5.5 Die hardness test

5.5.1 Die rate After fire tempering, oil stains, oxides, etc. should be removed, and Rockwell hardness should be used Conduct a hardness test. The tempering quantity of each furnace is considered as one batch of punch dies, and 3 to 5 pieces are randomly inspected. The test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. 5.5.2 Test point location:
a) punch: outer diameter of punch body, outer diameter of neck ball head b) middle mold: end face.
5.6 Die metallographic test
After the die rate is fire tempered, 2 to 3 pieces of the raw material batch number will be randomly inspected for metallographic testing. If bearing steel dies are used, the metallographic chart should comply with JB /T1255 relevant provisions; if stamps made of other materials are used, they should comply with the corresponding metallographic standards. 5.7 Die flaw detection test
Use a magnetic particle flaw detector to conduct flaw detection tests on the entire surface of the punch rod and middle die in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T15822 (the number of random inspections is 1% of the batch).
5.8 Test of surface roughness
Use the contour method stylus surface roughness measuring instrument or surface roughness comparison sample block to inspect the surface roughness of the die according to 2% sampling inspection.
5.9 Appearance quality
5.9.1 Die sheet surface test:
Visually inspect the center of the sheet surface, the sheet mouth, the edge thickness of the sheet and the sheet surface Text. 5.9.2 Visually inspect the markings and handwriting of the stamping die. 6 Inspection Rules
6.1
Each punch die must pass the inspection by the inspection department of the manufacturing unit before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by a product certificate and quality certificate. 6.2 Types of die inspection include factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection
6.2.1.1 Before leaving the factory, sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the inspection contents in Table 2 and Table 3, and the sampling method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Sampling method
