Note: The roundness measurement adopts a roundness meter with an accuracy value of not less than 0.1μm, and the filter gear: 1~50Upr is used for fine grinding, 1~15Upr is used for matching grinding, and the probe radius is not less than 0.025mm.
The surface roughness of the plunger pair of the fuel injection pump shall comply with the provisions of GB1031. 3.9.1
The roughness R of the inner and outer cylindrical working surfaces of the plunger sleeve and the plunger are both 0.05μm, and the surface roughness R of individual parts of the guide surface of the part is allowed to be 0.10μm. The surface roughness R of the cylindrical working surface of the plunger using the matching grinding process is 0.10μm. 3.9.2
The roughness R of the sealing end surface of the plunger sleeve is 0.20um. There should be a certain radial clearance between the inner and outer cylindrical working surfaces of the plunger sleeve and the plunger, which is expressed by the diameter sealing value of the oil pressure test. 3.10.1
The diameter of the oil inlet and return holes on the plunger sleeve is 2.5~3mm. The diameter sealing value of the plunger pair on the same center line shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

When the plunger pair has an oil drain hole, oil drain groove or the structural parameters do not meet the requirements of Article 3.10.1, its diameter sealing value shall be in accordance with the provisions of the technical documents approved by a certain procedure.
The plunger should have good sliding properties in the plunger sleeve. 3.11
Reliability of plunger pair
The reliability index value of the plunger pair is agreed upon by the supply and demand parties, and the reliability index value of the plunger pair is calculated as follows. MTTF=↓(Zt, +(nr)T)
Where: MTTF
Average working time before failure, h;
Number of samples that fail within the test deadline; Time when the i-th plunger pair fails, h; t
n—Number of reliability test samples;
T. Test truncation time, h.
When r=0, let MTTF=2nTa.
