This standard is a revision of JB/T8875-1999 Technical Specifications for Spherical Ball Bearings with Housings (originally numbered ZBJ11007-197).

This standard specifies the technical requirements, measurement methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of outer spherical ball bearings with seats (hereinafter referred to as seat bearings).
This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and user acceptance of seat bearings with dimensions in accordance with JB/TB0 and T33. 3 Reference standards

4 Technical requirements
4.1 The technical requirements for bearings and bearings for assembly with seats shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8919 and JB/TB76, respectively, and the bearing seat shall comply with the provisions of T6363.
4.1. The inner diameter difference of the seat shall comply with the provisions of B/T8919: 4.1.2 The limit deviation of the spherical center quotient of the seat bearing shall comply with the provisions of JBBB76 and JB T6363. 4.1.3 The limit deviation of the outer diameter D of the boss-shaped seat bearing shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in 8876-2000. 4.1.4 The limit deviations of the outer diameter D1 and width 4 of bearings with annular seats shall comply with the provisions of Table 4 of JB/TBB76-2000: 4.1.5 The limit deviations of the bracket width 4 and the base distance H1 of bearings with regular block seats, the symmetry between the side faces and the symmetry of the two sides with respect to the axis, shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 modified 4.24 of B76-2004. 4.1. 4.1.B The relative bottom surface of the seat of various structural types of bearings with seats shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.6 in /T8876-2000. 4.2 The linear magnetic value of the bearing with a seat shall comply with the provisions of JBT6641. 4.3 The flexibility and sealing of the bearing with a seat shall comply with the provisions of the manufacturer. 4.4 The oil quality of cast bearing seats and the surface treatment quality of stamped bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/TSS76 and AD/T6363 respectively.
4.5 The groove between the bearing seat and the shaft of the bearing seat shall be oil-free, and its location shall ensure that the lubrication path is unobstructed after the grease nozzle is installed. 4.6 The shaft seat and the shaft of the bearing seat shall be self-aligning, and the degree of self-alignment shall comply with the manufacturer's specifications. 4. The bearing seat is not filled with 2\ industrial lithium-based grease in accordance with the provisions of GB7324. When the user uses the 3D medium-sized grease, the 2T industrial lithium-based grease shall still be used.
4.8 The rated load and maximum speed of the bearing seat shall not be lower than the manufacturer's! 4.9 Appearance quality of seated bearings
4.9. The auxiliary bearings of seated bearings are allowed to have cracks and obvious scratches, scratches and other defects, and there shall be no visible rust and wear spots. 4.9.2 The appearance quality of the slag bearing seat of the seated auxiliary bearing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8876. 4.9.3 The appearance quality of the bearing seat of the seated bearing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6363. 5. Measurement method
5.1 The inspection method of the inner diameter of the seated bearing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T307.2. 5.2 The inspection method of the spherical center height H of the vertical seated bearing and the spherical center height A of the square, vine-shaped, must-hold, boss round housing bearings, and the symmetry of the two sides of the sliding seated bearing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8876 and JB/T6363. 5.3 And the dimensional tolerance shall be checked with a device or a disc. 5.4 The measurement of the magnetic field of the bearing shaft shall be in accordance with the provisions of JBrT664T. 5. The appearance quality of the seat bearing shall be visually inspected.
61 The bearings and bearings for ton bearings shall be marked with the bearing or bearing seat model, manufacturer code (or trademark) respectively. The position and size of the mark shall comply with the provisions of the product drawing.
6.2 The marking method of the bearing and stamping bearing seat of the seat bearing shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3574. The casting micro bearing seat shall directly cast the model, manufacturer code (or trademark).
6.3 The left seat bearing certificate and packaging container shall be marked with the complete code of the seat bearing, manufacturer name (or trademark) and year and month of production (or its code).
1 Inspection and testing

Subscribers can select the inspection and acceptance of finished products according to the inspection requirements specified in the table. The inspection shall be carried out according to the method specified in "JRT892". The acceptable quality level AQL of the main item is 4, and the AQL of the secondary item is 6.5. If the subscriber has special requirements, the packaging method can be negotiated with the manufacturer. 82 Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the bearing seat should be guaranteed not to rust within one year. The anti-rust period is calculated from the date of leaving the factory.
