JB/T 7898—1999 JB/T 9876—1999 Filled polytetrafluoroethylene guide rail soft belt Method for testing and evaluating the color coating method for the joint surface of metal cutting machine tools Determination of the shear strength of the bond between vulcanized rubber and metal HG/T4853—-1981 HG/T4-854—1981 3 Materials Method for testing the peel strength of the bond between vulcanized rubber and metal 3.1 The quality and performance of the soft belt must comply with the provisions of JB/T7898. 3.2 The performance of the adhesive should meet the requirements of the bonding process and use. 3.3 The guide rail material for bonding the soft belt shall comply with the requirements of the design drawings. 3.4 The material and hardness requirements of the matching guide rail shall comply with the requirements of the relevant standards. 4 Design 4.1 The pressure of the soft belt guide rail is generally not more than 1.0MPa, and the local pressure is not more than 12MPa. 4.2 The soft belt should be bonded to the short guide rail of the guide rail pair, and the surface roughness R of the guide rail before bonding is 1.6~6.3μm. 4.3 The width of the matching guide rail shall not be less than the width of the soft belt guide rail, and its surface roughness R is 0.4~0.8μm. 4.4 The height between the oil groove on the soft belt guide rail and the edge of the soft belt shall not be less than 5mm. When pressure lubrication is used, the depth of the oil groove must be less than the thickness of the soft belt. 4.5 The soft belt thickness of the soft belt guide rail should not exceed 1.5mm. 4.6 The soft belt guide rail should have necessary protective measures to ensure that it is not damaged during use, packaging and transportation. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 24, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T7899—1999 When bonding soft tape, splicing or butt jointing is allowed, but the joints must be tight and the edges should be straight. 5.1 5.2 Before bonding, the bonding surface should be cleaned and no rust, oil stains or other dirt should be left. 5.3 The surface to be coated with adhesive must be dry, and the adhesive layer should be evenly coated. The thickness of the adhesive layer after curing is recommended to be 0.08-0.20mm. 5.4 After bonding, uniform pressure must be applied, and the adhesive layer is usually 0.05~0.10MPa. The curing conditions are determined according to the requirements of the adhesive used: 5.5 After curing, the overflowed excess adhesive should be removed, the .T process margin of the soft tape should be cut off and the corners should be chamfered. 5.6 There should be no defects such as debonding, obvious bubbles and displacement between the bonding surfaces. 6 Processing and assembly 6.1 The soft belt guide can be machined or scraped by hand to achieve the dimensional accuracy requirements, but the cutting amount should be small and the grinding must be fully cooled. No defects such as warping and scratches are allowed around the oil hole. There should be no obvious scratches and scratches on the surface of the soft belt guide. 6.2 The contact between the soft belt guide (strip) and the matching guide should be uniform, and the contact index shall not be lower than the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Product accuracy grade Sliding guide High precision grade Precision grade Ordinary grade Note: Only when the contact index in width meets the requirements can the length be evaluated. Transfer guide rail The soft belt guide rail and the matching guide rail should be closely matched. The insertion depth of the 0.04mm feeler gauge between the matching surfaces shall not exceed the requirements of Table 2. 6.4 Product weight High precision grade Insertion depth Precision and ordinary grade The working reliability of the soft belt guide rail shall meet the design requirements of the product within the specified service life. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The soft belt guide rail must be inspected piece by piece. 7.2 Inspection method The appearance quality of the bonding is directly observed with the naked eye under normal light. 7.2.1 JB/T7899-1999 7.2.2 The quality of the bonding surface is judged by the sound produced by hitting the surface of the soft belt. 7.2.3 Shear strength and peel strength shall be tested in accordance with HG4-853 and HG4-854. 7.2.4 Contact indicators shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9876. 7.3 Test items 7.3.1 The appearance quality of the bonding shall comply with the provisions of 5.1, 5.5, 5.6, 6.1 and 6.2. 7.3.2 The quality of the bonding surface shall comply with the provisions of 5.6, and the shear strength and separation strength shall be tested when necessary. 7.3.3 The contact indicators shall comply with the provisions of 6.3 and 6.4.
