Nonwoven fabric carding machine is an important unit machine in the nonwoven fabric production combined machine. Since this machine can be matched with a variety of nonwoven fabric production combined machines, it cannot be used as a part of a certain combined machine standard when formulating standards, but needs to formulate product standards separately. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of nonwoven fabric carding machines.

4.1 Feeding device

4.2.1 The radial runout of the outer circle of the cylinder cylinder to the axis is ≤0.06mm. 1

4.2.2 When the cylinder rotates at a speed of 350/min, its allowable unbalance should be 172gmm/kg. 4.2.3 The radial runout of the outer circle of the doffer to the axis is ≤0.05mm. 4.2.4 If roller stripping is adopted, the radial runout of the outer circle of the stripping roller to the axis shall be ≤0.035mm; if a chopping knife is adopted for stripping, there shall be no oil leakage in the chopping force box, and the box temperature shall rise by 25℃. 4.2.5 The amplitude of the cylinder frame shall be ≤0.10mm.
4.3 Transmission system
4.3.1 All transmission mechanisms of the whole machine shall operate smoothly without abnormal vibration. 4.3.2 The lubrication of each bearing shall be good, the temperature rise of the rolling bearing housing shall be ≤20℃, and the temperature rise of the sliding bearing housing shall be ≤25℃. 4.4 Safety requirements
4.4.1 The safety protection cover of the whole machine shall be safe and reliable. 4.4.2 The insulation of electrical equipment and lines shall be good, the protective grounding of the metal housing shall be correct, and the grounding resistance shall be ≤0.12. 4.4.3 The insulation resistance of electrical equipment shall be ≥1MQ. 4.4.4 Voltage withstand requirements for electrical equipment: the test voltage is ≥1500V (AC), the duration is 1min, and there is no flickering or breakdown. 4.5 The emission sound pressure level of noise when the whole machine is unloaded is ≤85dB (A). 4.6 Product coating shall comply with the provisions of FZ/T90074-1995. 4.7 The fiber web shall be uniform, without obvious stripes and cloud spots, and the fiber web unevenness rate CV is ≤3.5%. 5 Test method
5.1 The radial circular runout of the outer circle of the cylinder, doffer and stripping roller to the axis in Articles 4.2.1, 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 is tested with a dial indicator and a magnetic base.
5.2 Article 4.2.2 Dynamic balance is tested with a hard-bearing dynamic balancing machine. 5.3 Article 4.2.5 The amplitude of the cylinder frame is tested at the cylinder bearing seat with a vibrometer (or micrometer). 5.4 Article 4.2.4 If a cutting knife is used to peel the net, the temperature rise of the knife box shall be tested with a point thermometer. 5.5 Article 4.3.2 The temperature rise of each bearing shall be tested at its housing with a point thermometer. 5.6 Article 4.4.2 The insulation resistance shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of FZ/T99014-1995. 5.7 Article 4.5 The noise measurement shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7111.1-2002 and GB/T7111.3-2002. 5.8 Article 4.7 The non-hooking rate of the fiber net shall be determined by the sampling and weighing method. In normal production, at least 10 samples shall be taken at intervals in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The size of each sample is: 10cm×10cm or 20cm×20cm. The samples are weighed separately with a balance. The CV value of the fiber web hook-free rate is calculated according to formula (1):

5.9 Idle-car running test

5.9.1 After the machine is fully assembled by the manufacturer, it is operated at 75% of the designed maximum speed. 5.9.2 The test time should be continuous operation for more than 4 hours. 5.9.3 The idle-car running test should check the following items: 4.1, 4.2.5, 4.3.1, 4.4.1. 5.10 Working load test
5.10.1 After the empty-car test at the user factory is qualified, it shall be carried out after adjustment according to the test spinning variety and process requirements. 5.10.2 The test shall be carried out after one week of normal continuous production operation. 5.10.3 Load test inspection items: 4.7. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The manufacturer shall conduct an empty-car running test on each product. 6.1.2 Factory inspection items: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3.1, 4.4.1, 4.6. FZ/T 93060-2003
6.1.3 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the product certificate shall be filled out before they can be shipped. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when the product meets one of the following conditions: a) When a new product is identified;
b) When the product is transferred to another factory for production or when production is resumed after being stopped for more than two years; c) After the product is officially put into production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; d) When the national quality supervision agency puts forward type inspection requirements. 6.2. 2
Type inspection items are all the contents of Chapter 4. 6.3 Judgment principles
All inspection items should be qualified during inspection, otherwise it will be judged as unqualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.3 Transportation

After the product leaves the factory, under good rainproof and ventilation storage conditions, the moisture-proof and rust-proof validity period of the parts in the packaging box is one year.
