This standard is a revision of ZBJ72001-86 (L-type cooling tower fan) based on the continuous improvement of the design and manufacturing level of cooling tower fans. The measurement and evaluation of vibration and noise specified in this standard are equivalent to the mechanical vibration of machines with speeds ranging from 10 to 2001ev/s in ISO2372 (Basis of Estimated Vibration Standards): The aerodynamic performance of the fan complies with GB123588 "Test Methods for Aerial Performance of Ventilators"; The measurement and evaluation of fan noise complies with GB/T2888-91 "Methods for Measuring Noise of Fans and Roots Blowers". Compared with ZBJ72001-86 "L-type cooling tower fan", this standard has the following main differences: The standard is named "Type Cooling tower fan》:
This standard fan series is extended to nine models; the basic parameters for vibration measurement and evaluation of fans in this standard are selected from vibration intensity: This standard proposes technical specifications for the design of fans, and specifically proposes clear design regulations for fan couplings: This standard proposes electrical and instrumentation complete set configuration requirements for products. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are the appendices of the standard. From the date of implementation, this standard will be in line with ZBJ72001-86. This standard was proposed by China Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard was approved by the Chemical Machinery and Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Chemical Machinery No. 2.
