1.2.7 The length of irregular length supply is 10000~40000mm. The length of fixed length or multiple length (agreed in the contract) should be within the range of irregular length, and the allowable deviation of length is +5mm. The multiple length should include the sawing amount when sawing segments, and each sawing amount is 5mm. 1.2.8 The ends of the pipes should be sawn flat and free of burrs. The bevel should be within the length tolerance. 1.2.9 The curvature of hard pipes should not exceed 5mm per meter. 1.2.10
The out-of-roundness of hard round pipes should not exceed the outer diameter tolerance. The uneven wall thickness of the pipe should not exceed the wall thickness tolerance. 1.3 Marking examples

Minor, local scratches, pits, spots and other defects that do not make the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe exceed the allowable deviation are allowed. Minor, local water marks and dark colors are not used as scrapping basis. 3 Test methods
3.1 The chemical analysis arbitration method of the pipe shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8002--87 "Chemical Analysis Method of Tin Bronze". 3.2 The room temperature tensile test method of the pipe shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228--87 "Methods for Metal Tensile Test". 3.3 The appearance of the pipe shall be inspected by naked eyes. 3.4 The outer dimensions of the pipe shall be measured by the outer diameter scale, wall thickness micrometer, vernier caliper, steel tape measure, etc. It is allowed to measure with other testing tools that can ensure the measurement accuracy. Inspection rules
The pipe shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1
4.2 The pipe shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same brand, state and specification, and the batch weight shall not exceed 250kg. The purchaser shall inspect the received products. When the inspection results do not meet this standard, it shall be reported to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem.
4.3 Sampling quantity
4.3.1 Appearance and dimension inspection: not less than 10 tubes per 50kg. 4.3.2 For room temperature tensile test, two tubes are randomly selected from each batch and one specimen is taken from each tube. 4.4 Even if the test result of each test specimen is unqualified, double the number of specimens shall be taken from the batch for re-inspection of the unqualified item. If one specimen is still unqualified after the re-inspection, the entire batch shall be scrapped or inspected tube by tube. The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888-88 "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of heavy nonferrous metal processing products".
Additional notes:
This standard was drafted by Shanghai Second Copper Tube Factory. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry standard YB 712-78 "Pressure Gauge Tube" shall be invalid. 5.12
