This standard is formulated to ensure that the quantity and quality of guest room supplies in star-rated hotels are consistent with the hotel's star rating and to further improve the service quality of star-rated hotels.
This standard is based on GB/T14308-1993 "Classification and Evaluation of Tourism Foreign-related Hotels". The requirements for guest room supplies are refined and individually adjusted and supplemented. At the same time, the basic requirements for the quantity and quality of guest room supplies are proposed according to the star rating of the hotel. This standard is a supporting standard for the star rating and review of tourism foreign-related hotels. It is the minimum requirement that star-rated hotels should meet. The technical content of this standard is mainly aimed at the representative standard room (instead of double room) guest supplies in star-rated hotels. The guest supplies of other types of guest rooms in star-rated hotels (such as presidential suites, deluxe suites, single rooms, triple rooms, etc.) can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard proposes the variety, quantity, specification, packaging, marking and technical indicators of guest room supplies in star-rated hotels. This standard is applicable to star-rated hotels of all grades and categories in my country.
