The surfaces of the breast roll, table roll, dewatering plate, water suction box, etc. should be on the same horizontal plane. 3.4.3 Pressing section The installation level of the lower roller surface of the pressing section is 0.06/1000; the installation level of the felt guide roller surface is 0.2/1000; the action of the pressure mechanism should be flexible, accurate and stable. 3.4.4 Drying section The installation level of the cylinder surface of the drying cylinder is 0.1/1000; the installation level of the guide roller surface is 0.2/1000; the meshing side clearance of the drying cylinder gear set should be checked; c. d. The frame, transmission gear box and walkway of the drying section should be pre-installed, and a set of drying cylinders (pre-installed shafts are allowed to be used instead) should be installed. The first unit of each batch of production should be assembled according to the provisions of this standard, and the remaining units are allowed to only pre-install the frame, transmission gear box and walkway separately. 3.4.5 The adjustment mechanism of the corrector and tensioner should be flexible. 3.5 Appearance quality requirements 3.5.1 The appearance surface should be flat and smooth, the outer edges of the joints of adjacent parts should not have obvious misalignment, and the pipes and railings should be smooth and neat. 3.5.2 Exposed accessories and matching parts should be coordinated, harmonious and beautiful with the paper machine, and the protective cover should not have convexities or concavities. 3.5.3 The painting requirements for the surface of the paper machine should comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.4 when the user has no special requirements. 200 3.6 Safety and health requirements QB/T1627—1992 3.6.1 When the paper machine is running at a speed below 200rm/min, the noise shall not exceed 90dB (A), and when the speed is above 200m/min, the noise shall not exceed 92d13 (A) (noise factors caused by the outside of the paper machine are allowed to be excluded). 3.6.2 Safety protection devices should be installed on the parts of the paper machine that may cause damage to people or equipment. 4 Test method 4.1 No-load running condition is based on visual inspection. 4.2 Paper quality is based on the relevant provisions of GB/T451~465. 4.3 The steady speed accuracy of the paper machine is based on the determination method of each transmission point within 15 minutes. 4.4 The noise is measured at the outer end of the operating side, 1m away from the bottom rail and 1.5m above the ground at 3 points (suction roller, press roller, drying part), and the maximum value is taken. 4.5 The installation level is measured with a level. 4.6 The action test is based on visual inspection. 4.7 The gear meshing side clearance is checked with a feeler gauge. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Each paper machine shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and documents proving the product's qualification shall be attached when it leaves the factory. 5.2 The inspection of paper machines is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.1 Factory inspection a. The quality inspection of main components shall meet the requirements of Article 3.3; b. The quality inspection of assembly shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4; c. The appearance quality inspection shall meet the requirements of Article 3.5. 5.2.2 Type inspection The paper machine shall be inspected in the user's factory during the trial production of new products or the trial production of old products; or when there are major improvements after production, which may affect the product performance; or when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; or when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; and when the national quality supervision agency proposes it; the following items shall be inspected: product performance test shall meet the requirements of Article 3.2; a b. Noise and safety inspection shall meet the requirements of Article 3.6; Check that the electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic and other systems of the paper machine are working properly. c. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Product labels should be fixed in obvious places on the paper machine. The type and size of the labels should comply with the provisions of JB/T8. The following 6.1 Content: Manufacturer name; Product name; Product model; Net paper width; Basis; Working speed; Track gauge; Weight: Manufacture date; Factory number. QB/T 1627— 1992 6.2 The paper machine shall be equipped with signs indicating lubrication, operation, safety, etc. The signs shall have correct content and the type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 3The accompanying documents shall include: Product manual; b. The packaging, storage and transportation of the paper machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. 6.4 6.5 The graphic signs for paper machine hoisting, receiving and delivering, and storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
