4 Sampling
4.1 Sampling plan
HG/T 2886--1997
4.1.1 Each roll of rubber material is a batch, and each batch is tested for tensile strength, elongation at break, permanent deformation at break, and thinness. Heat air aging, water aging, brittle temperature, ozone aging, and abrasion resistance are sampled once every month. 4.1.2 The fabric body is a batch of 1,000 m, and each batch is tested for tensile strength, adhesion strength, hot air aging of tensile strength and water aging, and adhesion strength and water aging of rubber and fabric. Samples are taken once every three months. 4.1.3 Each rubber canal is inspected for appearance quality according to 3.5. 4.1.4 Each rubber dam is inspected for specifications according to the hydraulic design requirements. 4.2 Judgment rules
4.2.1 If any test result of the rubber material is unqualified, double the sample should be taken to repeat the test. If the double test result is still unqualified, it is allowed to be adjusted once. After adjustment, proceed to 3.2 for full test. If the test result of each item is qualified, it is qualified. If any item is unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
4.2.2 If any test result of the coated fabric is unqualified, double the sample should be taken to repeat the test. If the double test result is qualified, it is qualified. If it is unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 5 Test methods
5.1 The tensile strength, elongation at break and water deformation at break of the rubber material shall be tested according to GB/T 528.

5.10 Test method for hot water aging of coated fabrics Take single-layer or double-layer vulcanized coated fabrics and cut 2.5cm or 5.0cm wide samples in the warp and weft directions, roll them into an iron container in the test direction, fill them with 70°C hot water, seal them and put them into a 70°C hot air aging box. Take them out after 96 hours and test them according to HG/T2580.GB/T532.
5. 11 The bonding strength of vulcanized rubber and fabrics shall be tested according to GB/T 532.
Preparation of the test sample for the adhesion strength of coated fabrics: single-layer coated fabrics and unvulcanized coated fabrics are placed together, the outer rubber surface and the inner rubber surface are laminated, and the vulcanization conditions corresponding to the finished product are used for vulcanization. Double-layer coated fabrics are tested with vulcanized coated fabrics. 6. Marking, transportation and storage
6.1 Each rubber dam must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, indicating the product name, number, production date, production unit and standard number. 6.2 Rubber dams are prohibited from being dragged during transportation, and mechanical damage must be strictly prevented, and contact with oils, acids, alkalis and organic solvents must be avoided. 6.3 The long-term storage of rubber dams should be kept between 0℃ and 35℃, and they should be unfolded and overlapped regularly. During the storage period, the rubber surface and bottom gasket of the rubber dam should not be exposed to sunlight, and should be at least two meters away from the heat source.
