Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; 479 c. During normal production, inspection is carried out once a year; d. When the product is discontinued for more than half a year and production is resumed. 6.4 Judgment rules QB/T1650--92 6.4.1 Specifications, dimensions, and appearance Take 20 samples at random for inspection. If more than two of them are unqualified, double the samples shall be taken for retesting. If there are still more than two unqualified samples in a group, the batch shall be judged as unqualified. 6.4.2 Physical and mechanical properties Take one sample at random from the samples in 6.4.1 for testing. If there are unqualified items, double the samples shall be taken for retesting the unqualified items. If they are still unqualified, the batch shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Each package shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. The certificate of conformity shall indicate: product name, trademark, category, specification, quantity, production date, production unit, standard code, and inspector's seal. 7.1.2 ZR products shall be clearly marked. 7.2 Packaging PVC foam sheets should be bundled with packing tape according to their categories and specifications. 7.3 Transportation No fireworks during transportation to avoid mechanical damage. 7.4 Storage Should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, away from fire and chemicals that can cause swelling and dissolution.
