4.1 Before the corrugated machine leaves the factory, each product must undergo an empty running test and a load test. 4.2 The empty running test of the corrugated machine is first carried out at room temperature, and the running time is not less than 30 minutes. Then turn on the heating power supply to raise the surface temperature of the effective length of the corrugated paper to 180-200℃, and continue to operate at this temperature for 30 minutes, and it should meet the requirements of Article 3.3, and the heating time shall not be more than 30 minutes.
4.3 After the corrugator passes the empty operation test, the load test of pressing corrugated paper is carried out. The test paper adopts a quantitative of 180g/m, and the quality index is not lower than the No. 2 corrugated base paper specified in QB548. Its length and width are about 80% of the maximum effective processing width of the corrugator. The test temperature is selected according to actual work needs.
4.4 Corrugated paper quality determination
4.4.1 When the corrugator is running stably, continuously extract 5 corrugated paper samples, without stretching or compression, naturally lay them flat on the flat plate, and measure them immediately. The results should meet the requirements of Articles 3.2.1 to 3.2.3 respectively. 4.4.2 Select 3 flutes at each end of each sample along the length direction of the flutes, and measure their flute heights with a depth vernier caliper. 4.4.3 Measure the number of flutes within a length of 300 mm with a steel ruler at any position along the length direction of each sample. 4.4.4 Measure the maximum length L and the minimum length L of each sample along its length direction with a steel ruler, and calculate the shrinkage unevenness according to formula (1): bZxz.net
4.5 Temperature control accuracy test
Lau,= Lml × 100%
Set the temperature of the temperature control table to 200°C, turn on the heating power supply, and after about 30 minutes, use a thermometer to measure the surface temperature of the corrugated roller. Measure three points in total, and the measuring points are located at the point where the effective length of the corrugated roll is divided into four equal parts. Measure each point three times, with an interval of 3 minutes each time. Finally, the difference between the set value and the measured value is the temperature control accuracy, which should meet the requirements of Article 3.4. 4.6 Insulation resistance and ground resistance test
Use a megohmmeter with an accuracy of not less than Class 1 and a ground resistance meter (or multimeter) with an accuracy of not less than Class 1.5 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 13 of GB5226, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.7. 4.7 Noise measurement
4.7.1 Test instrument: Type 1 sound level meter specified in GB3785. 4.7.2 No obstacles should be placed around the corrugator, and the distance from the wall should not be less than 2000mm. 4.7.3 Microphone measurement point location: The height from the ground and the distance from the corrugator are 1500mm and 1000mm respectively. And select 4 measurement points along the periphery of the corrugator.
4.7.4 When measuring, the background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the corrugator is not running) should be measured first. Its location is the same as the corrugator noise measurement location. If the difference between the background noise sound pressure level and the noise sound pressure level during the operation of the corrugator is less than 3dB (A), the measurement result is invalid; if the difference 2
JB/T7542-94
is less than 10dB (A) but greater than 3dB (A), the noise of each measuring point of the corrugator is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1
Ln -- Lee
In the table: Ln noise sound pressure level during the operation of the corrugator; Lre
background noise sound pressure level;
ALp——correction value to be subtracted from L. The actual noise of each measuring point is calculated according to formula (2): Lp=LP-AL
4.7.5 Under the load operation state, after measuring the noise at each measuring point, take the highest value, which is the noise sound pressure level of the corrugator, which should meet the requirements of Article 3.8.
4.8 Life of corrugated roller
Comprehensively evaluate based on valid certification materials or operation records provided by the user unit (at least 3). 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each corrugated machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and related standards and technical documents, and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Factory inspection
Each product should be inspected at the factory, and the inspection items are 3.2, 3.3, 3.5~3.7, 3.11~3.13. 5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b.
When the normal production time is one year.
Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.3.3 Sampling rules and judgment methods
5.3.3.1 If the annual output is less than 50 units, sample 1 unit from any batch. For every 50 units increase in annual output, sample 1 unit from any batch. 5.3.3.2 Type inspection is qualified if all requirements of this standard are met. If the inspection fails, double sampling should be carried out. If it still fails, the batch of type inspection is deemed to be unqualified.
