This standard applies to various types of electric fence pulsers used in animal husbandry production. Cited standards ZBB92005 JB/T5164 3 Terms Fence terms Electric fence pulser 3.1 Electric fence pulser Test method A device that can convert general forms of electrical energy into high-voltage, high-current sharp pulse signals with a certain time interval and transmit them to the fence line. 3.2 Maximum transmission distance The maximum fence line length that the electric fence pulser can carry. Converted into a single line, in km. 3.3 Other terms related to fences should comply with the provisions of ZBB92005. 4 Types 4.1 Electric fence pulsers are divided into the following according to output characteristics: a. Low resistance/high current type; b. High resistance/high voltage type. 4.2 Electric fence pulsers are divided into the following categories according to the power supply: a. AC type; b. DC type; c. AC and DC dual-purpose type. 5 Technical requirements Electric fence pulsers shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Electric fence pulsers shall be able to work continuously and reliably under the following conditions. 5.2 5.2.1 Ambient temperature: -25~+40℃. Relative humidity of air: <85% (at 25℃). 5.2.2 The surrounding medium shall not be explosive, and shall not contain conductive dust or corrosive gases that can damage metals and insulation. 5.2.3 5.2.4 The power supply voltage shall meet the following requirements: a: AC power supply allowable range: rated voltage ±10%; approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 JB/T5163-1991 b. DC power supply allowable range: rated voltage ±15%. 3 The maximum transmission distance of the electric fence pulser under the rated power supply voltage should not be less than 95% of the nominal value. 5.3 The output characteristics of the electric fence pulser under the rated power supply voltage should meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Test conditions Low resistance/high current type High resistance/high voltage type Voltage peak value 2000-8000 2000~10000 Current peak value Pulse width Each pulse On 5002 simulated load Pulse period The live parts of the AC power supply terminal of the AC and DC dual-purpose electric fence pulser and the exposed metal shell and the grounding electrode should be able to withstand a withstand voltage test with a frequency of 50Hz and an AC voltage of 1500V for 1min without breakdown or flashover. 5.6 After the AC and AC/DC electric fence pulsers are placed in an environment with a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 95%±3% for 48 hours, their insulation performance shall meet the following requirements under non-condensing conditions: a. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 1M2; b. It shall be able to withstand an AC withstand voltage test of 1000V, 50Hz for 1 minute without breakdown and flashover. The test parts of the above two items shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.5 of this standard. 5.7 Under the following overvoltage conditions, the electric fence pulser shall run at no load for 5 minutes, and the components shall not be damaged. a. The AC power supply is 120% of the rated power supply voltage; b. The DC power supply is 130% of the rated power supply voltage. The electric fence pulser must have lightning protection devices or measures. 5.8 The power consumption performance of the whole machine shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Low resistance/high current type High resistance/high voltage type Note: The values given in the table are arithmetic mean values. ≤20W ) For electric fence pulsers with automatic control function, their automatic control performance shall meet the following requirements: 5.10 a. The automatic control effectiveness shall not be less than 90%; b. The delay of automatic control shall not be greater than one pulse cycle. 5.11 The working time of the electric fence pulser before the first failure shall not be less than 5000h. DC type 5.12 The casing, front and rear panels and other exposed parts of the electric fence pulser shall be firmly painted, with a smooth surface and uniform color, and no defects that damage the appearance. Various signs and nameplates shall be complete and clear. Test method Perform according to the provisions of JB/T5164. Inspection rules Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection 7.1 Factory inspection JB/T 51631991 Products should be inspected one by one before leaving the factory, and the inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in Article 5.4 of this standard. Products whose various technical performance indicators meet the requirements of Table 1 are qualified products. 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. When new products are trial-produced; b. For finalized products, when the design or process changes are sufficient to cause changes in certain performance parameters of the product; c. For products that are not frequently produced, when they are produced again; d. For products that are normally continuously produced, at least once every two years. 7.2.2 Inspection items shall be carried out item by item in accordance with the items specified in Articles 5.3 to 5.11 of this standard. The sample for type inspection shall be no less than 3 sets and shall be randomly selected from the product batch. If one item fails in the type inspection, double the number of samples shall be selected from the same batch of products for repeated inspection; if there is still one item that fails, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. : Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Product marking shall include the following: a. Manufacturer name and trademark; b. Product name and model; c. Factory number; d. Factory date. 8.2 Product packaging shall comply with the regulations of the relevant transportation department and shall not be damp or mechanically damaged during transportation. 8.3 The following signs should be clearly marked on the packaging box with non-fading paint: a. Product name and specifications; b. Product quantity; c. Gross weight of the packaging box, kg; d. Manufacturer's name; e. Dimensions of the packaging box: length × width × height, cm; f. Precautions: "Handle with care", "Do not get wet" and other words or symbols; g. Date of manufacture. 8.4 The following documents should be included in the packaging box: a. Inspection certificate; b. Packing list; c. Instruction manual. JB/T5163-1991 5 The product should be suitable for general road and rail transportation. During transportation, it must be ensured that it is not damaged, rained, severely vibrated or impacted. 8.5 8.6 The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse without corrosive gases.
