Core structure, surface work accuracy and surface material accuracy requirements 3.6.1 The structure of the shaft will be in accordance with the user's requirements, and according to the design drawings and order agreements, Brinell hardness
3.6.2 The heat treatment of the sleeve The geometric tolerances and surface tolerances shall comply with the requirements of the drawings and the provisions of B1958.1BT5936.
3.6.3 When there are no special instructions in the drawings and ordering agreements, the unspecified geometric tolerances, inch tolerances, angle deviations, and tolerances shall comply with the provisions of B1958.1BT5936.
3.7 Heat treatment requirements
When a better engraving process is used for the extraction sleeve, the customer's requirements can be met and a uniform heat treatment with a high plastic-to-toughness ratio of the sleeve can be carried out.
3.8 Reliability requirements for recovery
3.8.1 Under normal conditions, the service life of the sleeve shall not be less than 3000b. 3.8.2 The sleeve shall be replaced free of charge by the manufacturer if the shaft fails due to manufacturing quality problems within 12 months from the date of issuance (based on the invoice date) or the cumulative working time is less than 15h. Under the condition that the sleeve meets the requirements of the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall replace the sleeve free of charge. 4 Test method
4.1 Chemical composition
4.1.1 Chemical composition test: Under the condition of ensuring the accuracy of analysis, any method is allowed to be used for analysis. If there is a contradiction, the method specified in (B/T1269.1--12689.14 shall prevail. 4.1.2 Chemical analysis samples: Take one sample before filtration (before furnace) and take one sample after all parts are removed (after furnace). Check the two samples at the same time. If the analysis results meet the requirements of Table 1 If the test is not completed, the chemical composition of the alloy of this furnace (batch) shall be qualified and unqualified: 4.1 Performance test
4.2.1 The drawing test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of G322: 4.2.2 The drawing test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1175. 4.2.3 The mechanical properties test shall be carried out at the same time as the chemical composition test. 4.2.4 The diameter of the sample is 12mm + 0.025mm, which is 5 times the diameter. The sample and the flow system shall comply with the provisions of GB1175
4.2.5 The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231. 4.2. Mechanical properties under heat treatment, the sample combustion treatment must be the same heat treatment process as the same part to be treated, 4.3 The appearance, size tolerance, shape and position tolerance, geometric size, etc. shall be measured with appropriate measuring tools, 5 Inspection rules
