The technical content of this standard is consistent with JB4371.386, and has only been re-edited in accordance with relevant regulations. This standard is part of the self-tightening drill chuck series standards. JB/T4371 is under the general title of "Self-tightening drill chuck" and includes the following three parts: Part 1 (i.e. JB/T4371.1): Parameters ; Part II (JB/T4371.2): Accuracy Inspection; Part III (JB/T4371.3): Technical Conditions. This standard will replace JB4371.3-86 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the National Metal Cutting Machine Tool Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Machine Tool Accessories Branch of the National Metal Cutting Machine Tool Standardization Technical Committee. The unit responsible for drafting this standard: Yantai Machine Tool Accessories Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Cui Meitan, Liu Xia. This standard was first published in 1986. || tt | /T4371.3-86 This standard specifies the technical conditions, clamping torque test, marking, and packaging of self-tightening drill chucks (hereinafter referred to as drill chucks). This standard applies to self-tightening drill chucks with chain holes and threaded holes. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard by being quoted in this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards are subject to revision and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the standard listed below. JB/T3207-1991 General technical conditions for product packaging of machine tool accessories 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The main parts of the drill chuck should be made of high-quality steel. The main working surface should be hardened by heat treatment. The hardness of the main body, clamping jaw seat, jacket, locking screw and rolling cover should not be less than 48HRC, the hardness of the clamping jaw should not be less than 58HRC, and the hardness of the end shield should not be less than 42HRC. 3.2 The roughness R of the exposed polished surface of the drill chuck shall not exceed 1.6 μm. The color of the surface-treated parts should be uniform. 3.3 When using a gauge to check the contact area of ??the taper hole after drilling the chuck, the contact should be close to the big end, and the contact rate should not be less than 65%. 3.4 The drill chuck should be convenient and reliable for loading and unloading the cutting tool, and should not fall off by itself during work. 3.5 The movement of the jaws of the drill chuck should be flexible, smooth, and the force should be even and without jamming. 3.6 When the self-tightening mechanism is working, it should be able to reliably meet the requirements of automatic clamping. 3.7 The machined surface of drill chuck parts shall not have defects such as sharp angles, burrs, scratches, bumps, and rust. 4 Clamping torque test Drill chuck clamping torque test is shown in Figure 1. Apply the specified torque on the specified test rod, see Table 1. The test rod shall not rotate, and the parts of the drill chuck shall not produce any visible changes to the naked eye. deformation or damage, the recheck accuracy after the test should be qualified.
