1·Scope
Agricultural Machinery Service Broker
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements and work requirements of the occupation of agricultural machinery service broker. This standard applies to the vocational skills certification of agricultural machinery service brokers. 2 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 2.1
Agricultural machinery service broker
NY/T 1546—2007
A person who engages in intermediary services such as agricultural machinery operations between agricultural machinery service organizations, agricultural machinery users and service objects and collects commissions on a daily basis. 3 Occupational Overview
3.1 Occupational Levels
This occupation has three levels: primary (national occupational qualification level 5), junior (national occupational qualification level 4), and senior (national occupational qualification level 3).
3.2 Occupational Environment Conditions

3.5 Training requirements
3.5.1 Training period
The training period for day-to-day vocational school education shall be determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan. General training period: no less than 180 standard hours for primary level, no less than 130 standard hours for intermediate level, and no less than 100 standard hours for advanced level. 3.5.2 Training teachers
Teachers for primary level training shall have senior professional qualification certificates for this profession or junior and above related professional and technical positions. Teachers for intermediate and senior level training shall have senior professional qualification certificates for this profession for more than 3 years or technical positions of intermediate and above related professions. 3.5.3 Training venues and equipment
Standard classrooms and practice venues that meet teaching needs, as well as necessary agricultural machinery and tools. 3.6 Appraisal requirements
3.6.1 Applicable objects
People who are engaged in or preparing to engage in this profession. 3.6.2 Application conditions
Primary (one of the following conditions is met)
1) After receiving the required number of hours of formal training for this occupation, and obtaining a completion certificate; 2) After working in this occupation for more than 2 years. 1

Intermediate (one of the following conditions is met)
1) After obtaining the primary qualification certificate for this occupation, he/she has been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year, and has received the required number of hours of formal training for the intermediate level of this occupation, and obtained a completion certificate; 2) After obtaining the primary qualification certificate for this occupation, he/she has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. Continuously engaged in technical occupations for more than 4 years, received the required number of hours of formal training for the intermediate level of this occupation, and obtained a certificate of completion15.3
Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years,
obtained a graduation certificate of a vocational school or above with a major that is approved by the labor and social security department and aims to cultivate intermediate skills.
Senior (one of the following conditions is met)
1) After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate for this occupation: Continuously worked in this occupation for more than 2 years, received the required number of hours of formal training for the advanced level of this occupation, and obtained a certificate of completion. After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year. 2)
Obtained a graduation certificate of a relevant major of a commercial technical school or a higher vocational school approved by the labor and social security administrative department and aims to cultivate advanced skills.
Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 9 years, received the required number of hours of advanced formal training in this occupation, and obtained a completion certificate. Obtained a diploma of a related college or above, and continuously worked in this occupation for more than 2 years. 5)
6) Obtained a diploma of this major or a related college or above, received the required number of hours of advanced formal training in this occupation, and obtained a completion certificate.
3.6.3 Identification method
It is divided into theoretical knowledge examination and skill operation assessment. The theoretical knowledge examination adopts a closed-book written examination, and the skill operation assessment adopts on-site actual operation or simulation, oral method. Both the theoretical knowledge examination and the skill operation assessment are implemented on a 100-point system, and those who score 60 points or above are qualified.
3.6.4 Ratio of examiners to candidates
The ratio of examiners to candidates for the theoretical knowledge test is 1:20, with no less than 2 examiners in each standard classroom, and the ratio of examiners to candidates for the skill operation test is 1:5. There are no less than 3 examiners. 3.6.5 Appraisal time
The theoretical knowledge test is 120 minutes; the skill operation test is determined according to the test items, but not less than 90 minutes. 3.6.6 Appraisal venue and equipment
The theoretical knowledge test is conducted in a standard classroom: the skill operation test is conducted in a practical place with necessary conditions: 4 Basic requirements
