Types and basic parameters of separators shall comply with the provisions of GB7682. 4 Technical requirements
General technical requirements
4.1.1 The separator shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. All parts in contact with milk must have non-toxic, odorless, rust-proof and other properties. 4.1.2
The non-working outer surfaces of the separator that are not in direct contact with milk (except for the use of anti-corrosion materials) shall be painted. The paint film surface shall be flat, 4.1.3
smooth and bright in color. The paint layer should be uniform and firm. There should be no defects such as missing coating area, different colors, sagging, bubbling, wrinkling, etc., and it should have a certain anti-corrosion ability.
The non-processed inner surface of the separator that is not in direct contact with milk (except for the use of anti-corrosion materials) should be painted with anti-rust paint. 4.1.5
Attention should be paid to insulation and waterproofing when arranging the wires.
The fixing of the separator base and the bottom plate should be reliable, safe, and level (excluding hand-cranked separators with a production rate of 50,100L/h). The structure of the separation bowl and the milk delivery trough of the centrifugal slag separator should be able to be circulated and cleaned without disassembly. There should be no impact during centrifugal slag discharge. There must be mutual positioning measures between the parts of the separation bowl with a production rate greater than 50L/h to ensure the assembly quality. The transmission mechanism should be installed in the base or in a special protective cover. The automatic slag discharge separator should ensure the sealing of the separation bowl under non-slag discharge conditions. 4.2 Main technical performance indicators
4.2.1 The acidity of the fresh milk used in the test shall not be higher than 20\T, the fat content shall not be greater than 3.5%, and the temperature shall be heated to 40±5℃. When the separator is at rated speed, its main technical performance indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 16, 1995

Important parts such as the base and cover of the separation bowl shall be manufactured by forging, stamping or spinning. Its impact toughness shall not be less than 40Nm/cm2, and there shall be no cracks.
Important parts such as the separation bowl cover and
base shall not produce residual deformation when subjected to 120% of the rated load. The sealing ring of the separation bowl should be made of oil-resistant food-grade rubber with the following characteristics: heat resistance of not less than 80℃, non-toxic, no abnormal odor; no decomposition when heated to 80℃ in 2% nitric acid or sodium hydroxide solution. The surface of the casting should be smooth and free of defects such as cracks, sand holes, pores, incomplete pouring, sand sticking, etc. that affect the strength or appearance quality. Stamping parts should not have defects such as cracks, burrs, sharp edges and obvious wrinkles. Assembly technical requirements
All parts must be inspected and qualified, purchased parts and cooperative parts must have certificates of conformity, and can only be assembled after passing random inspections. The gap between each set of separation plates of the separation bowl should be uniform, and their edges should not contact each other. Tighten the separation bowl nut, and no leakage should be allowed within 5 minutes after water injection.
The comprehensive deviation of the stiffness of each set of shockproof springs of the separator shall not exceed 5%. 4.4.3
After the separator with a production rate greater than 100L/h is assembled, the separator bowl shall be subjected to a no-load dynamic balance test, and its balance accuracy shall not be lower than the G6.3 level specified in GB9239.
The transmission mechanism of the separator shall ensure that the separator bowl operates freely and accelerates smoothly. When the production rate is greater than 2000L/h, a braking mechanism shall be provided. Test method
All requirements of this standard shall be tested in accordance with JB/T7767.2. 2
Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
JB/T7767.11995
Each separator shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after the certificate of conformity is issued. The items of factory inspection shall include the contents of Articles 4.4.1, 4.4.2, 4.4.4 and 4.4.5 of this standard. Each item in the factory inspection should be qualified. If there are unqualified items, they can be repaired. If they are still unqualified, they are not allowed to leave the factory. Type inspection
Type inspection should generally be carried out in one of the following situations: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; during normal production, type inspection should be carried out at least once every three years; after normal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after three years of suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. The items of type inspection should include the contents of Articles 4.1 to 4.4 of this standard. Sampling and batching
When the production rate is 50~200L/h, the batch N=16~25 units; when the production rate is 500L/h and above, N=2~8 units. A normal inspection sampling plan is adopted. The classification of unqualified products is shown in Table 3, and the sampling inspection plan is shown in Table 4. When the user has special requirements, the sampling inspection plan shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
