3 Test conditions
Bulk compact transport vehicle model and parameters
The test components shall comply with the provisions of GB 12543, in which the load shall be laid chicken feed, with a density of about 60kg/m3 and a moisture content of less than 15%.
4 Main structural dimensions
The main structural dimensions of the bulk transport vehicle shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GBT126?3. The following items shall be added: the length of the bulk transport vehicle, the deviation of the bulk transport vehicle from the center of the chassis, the maximum vertical height of the bulk transport port, H, the maximum horizontal distance of the discharge port, L, the maximum horizontal distance of the discharge port, e) the horizontal angle of the discharge port, and the vertical plane of the discharge port. JB/98681
5 Quality substitution
The same material vehicle quality parameters are determined according to GB 126-4, and the following are added: the maximum quality of the chassis and cab;
) The impact quality of the material (excluding accessories)

6 Performance test
JB/T 9868.3—1999
6.1 The test of basic performance of automobiles shall be carried out in accordance with relevant automobile standards. 6.2 Rainproof sealing test
6.2.E Test the integrity
Comply with the provisions of Chapter 3. The climate is medium or large, and the road surface is solid. 6.2.2 Test method
a) Close the cover of the material inlet, park the car for 15 minutes in moderate rain, immediately drive to a shelter, wipe off the water outside, open the cover and observe the flow.
b) Close the cover of the material inlet, drive for 30 minutes in moderate rain or sleet, with the vehicle speed at about 30 km/h, then immediately drive to a shelter, wipe off the water outside, open the cover and check for paint leakage. 6.3 Determination of residual rate
6.3. Residue determination
a) First, clean up the remaining materials in the tank and the unloading mechanism, and then fill it with feed: b) Unload all the loaded feed into the feed tower, and continue until no more feed is discharged: c) Stop the machine and clean up the remaining feed in the tank and the unloading mechanism, weigh it with a 50k platform scale, weigh it twice, and take the average value,
6.3.2 Residue rate
Use formula (1) to calculate the residual rate:
AG.×100%
Where, residual rate;
AG-residue function, kg:
G-maximum loading weight, kg.
6.4 Test
After the engine filter is normal, the operator engages the power take-off, and observes whether the power take-off and transmission system are running normally and smoothly, and whether there is no abnormal sound and jamming. The power take-off level mechanism is active and accurate. Measure whether the lifting force is large (100N). Measure whether the unloading mechanism is running normally, whether there is any movement, jamming phenomenon and abnormal sound. After the unloading mechanism changes load and runs for 30mm, measure whether the temperature of the power take-off is normal, and then carry out the load test. 6.5 Load test
Carry out the load test again after the maximum load is met and the vehicle has traveled 2km. When unloading, observe whether the movable arm of the unloading machine is lifted up, whether the rotation action is smooth and accurate, whether there is abnormal noise when the unloading mechanism rotates, whether the power take-off is loose; and measure whether the engine speed of the unloading speed under normal circumstances is the optimal economic speed, and whether the temperature of the engine and power take-off is positive. 6.5.1 Unloading capacity determination conditions
) The technical condition of the material truck meets the requirements: b. The test site should be a clean, intact cement floor: The wind speed is less than 3m/sm
. 5.2 Unloading capacity determination method
JB/T98683-1999
Put one end of a cloth bag (250mm or more, length is the maximum height of the unloading capacity minus 500mm) on the unloading port and fasten it, lift the unloading activity to make the unloading port at the highest point, and then start unloading. When the engine is unloading stably at normal speed, take samples from the cloth bag every 30%, one time, and the sampling time is 20-305, use a stopwatch to time, and take samples six times in total. Weigh the mass of each sample. The unloading capacity is calculated according to formula (2) and the average value is taken: 0
Where: 2 unloading capacity, kg/mi;
G unloading mass, ke;
—. Year feeding time, min
((: Hydraulic system test
a) Connect the flow meter and pressure gauge to the hydraulic system pipeline, measure the hydraulic oil temperature before the feeding operation, and then operate the pressure handle, Bi Li and rotation activities, record the engine speed, hydraulic system capacity and pressure: b) Start unloading when the unloading port is at the highest point, and adjust the engine speed under normal unloading conditions, the hydraulic flow rate value: change the engine speed, record the maximum and minimum values of flow and pressure: d) When unloading is completed, measure the temperature of the hydraulic oil and calculate it using formula (3): 42=0 2...
In the formula: 9
——temperature rise, C:
—oil temperature when feeding is finished, :
2—oil temperature before feeding. .
During the test, measure the operating force of the dynamic operating mechanism, and observe whether the pressure system has leakage and abnormal sound. Production test
7.1 Test purpose
Assess the applicability, reliability, rigidity, strength and maintenance convenience of the feed truck in actual production: 7.2 Test conditions
· (3)
The test sample truck is fully equipped and in good technical condition. It has a feed factory and livestock farm with matching equipment for feed transportation! The distance and road composition between the feed factory and the livestock farm to be tested are representative). 7.3 Test method
The manufacturer shall prepare the test requirements according to the specific conditions of the vehicle model and the area of use. The test may be entrusted to the user unit: the manufacturer shall send personnel to perform the test.
During the production test, there shall be a dedicated person in charge.
The production assessment test shall be no less than 80 minutes.
During the test, the following items shall be paid special attention to:
a) Ask the driver, operator and maintenance personnel for their opinions on driving, operation and maintenance; h) Observe whether the unloading system is stable and reliable, whether the hydraulic system has abnormal phenomena such as ignition and oil overheating; check whether the material tank has deformation and cracks; record the time when the first discharge failure occurs. 14
