1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of paper filter element for oil filter of internal combustion engine. This standard applies to paper filter element (hereinafter referred to as filter element) of oil filter of internal combustion engine with a volume flow rate below 100L/min. 2 Reference standards

3.1 The filter element shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and its technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 The filter element shall use the specified oil filter and be heat-cured according to the performance requirements of the filter paper. 3.3 The metal parts used in the filter element shall be anti-cast. 3.4 The original resistance of the filter element shall not exceed 0.02MPa at the rated volume flow. The rated volume flow is calculated according to formula (1):

3.5 The original filtration efficiency of the filter element should not be less than 60%. 3.6 The bench plugging life of the filter element should not be less than 3 hours when the pressure drop reaches 0.07MPa. The filter element should be tested for high oil temperature resistance. After being soaked in 135T engine oil for 192 hours, there should be no defects such as degumming and cracking. 3.7
Under the pressure drop of 0.35MPa, the center tube of the filter element should not be deformed, and the filter element should not have defects such as cracking, perforation, and degumming. 3.8
3.9 Under normal use conditions, the filter element is not allowed to have cracks, perforations, and degumming within 250 hours. 3.10 The filter element should be clean. There should be no dirt or impurities on the inner and outer surfaces. 5. 11
The test methods for the relevant items in this chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5099. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Each filter element shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and a product certificate shall be issued after passing the inspection. (1
4.2 When the ordering unit checks the quality of the filter element product, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2823, and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Each filter element shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or factory logo, product name and model. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992

Each filter element shall be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions for use and maintenance with the inspector's seal. It shall be wrapped with moisture-proof material and then packed into a paper box. 5.3
When the filter element product leaves the factory, it shall be packed in a dry packaging box lined with moisture-proof material, and it shall be ensured that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packaging box shall be marked with:

5.5 The filter element should be stored in a ventilated and dry coal warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the filter element will not rust, rot or degumming within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. Additional instructions:
