National Standard of the People's Republic of China Resin finishing agent Method of determination for the stability of solution after adding catalyst This standard is applicable to the determination of the stability of various resin finishing agents after adding catalyst. 1 Principle of the method UDC 678.044.33 :532.32Www.bzxZ.net GB5548—85 Add a certain amount of acidic reaction catalyst to the aqueous solution of resin finishing agent, place it at a certain temperature, and observe whether turbidity or precipitation occurs. 2 Reagents and solutions 2.1 Magnesium chloride (GB672-78): analytical grade, 50% solution. 2.2 Glacial acetic acid (GB676-78): analytical grade, 98% solution. 2.3 Ammonium nitrate (GB659--77): analytical grade, 30% solution. 2. 4 Ammonium sulfate (GB1396-78): analytical grade, 30% solution. 2.5 Aluminum nitrate (HG3-92876): analytical grade, 30% solution. 3 Instruments and equipment 3.1 Beaker: capacity 400 ml. 3.2 Pipette: capacity 5 ml. 3.3 Measuring cylinder: capacity 250 ml. 3.4 Volumetric flask: capacity 1000 ml. 3.5 Thermometer: 0~100℃. 4 Determination procedure Weigh 100 g of resin finishing agent and use distillation Dilute with water to 1000 ml, take 245 ml of it and put it in 400 ml beakers. Add 5 ml of magnesium chloride solution and 0.5 ml of acetic acid solution to the first sample, 5 ml of ammonium nitrate solution to the second sample, 5 ml of ammonium sulfate solution to the third sample, and 5 ml of aluminum nitrate solution to the fourth sample. Let the above solutions stand at room temperature, observe and record the time (hours) when turbidity or precipitation occurs. The longer the time or no turbidity or precipitation occurs, the more stable the resin finishing agent is. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on October 29, 1985 Published 1986-08-01 Additional Notes: GB5548—85 This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China and is under the jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the Dalian Light Chemical Industry Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Jin Liwen. This standard refers to the German Democratic Republic standard TGL20303-2 "Determination of solution stability of urea-formaldehyde and melamine-formaldehyde initial shrinkage (1965.1.1) after adding catalyst". 56 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
